Service sucks waited so long just to order my party just left the server look at us several times and never came over and the restaurant only had a few people and you can clearly see they had there food so i don't know what the deal was with her not serving us

I'm guessing it was the kids' first day. And no one else showed up to train him or help cover the store. Then, after putting in the wrong order, he forgot half of it. 20 min later, still missing toast, and his shift ended, I suppose, since he left. I never got the check, so I just went up front and stood in line to pay. Fortunately, an elderly couple were already being checked out, or I would have stood there waiting for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone like me and the other couple waiting to be seated when I arrived.

Food was what I expected from Denny's. It wasn't bad at all. The service leaves something to be desired. After waiting for 5 minutes or so, one of the other diners had to let the employees know we were there waiting to be seated. The restaurant itself was very messy. We won't be going there again.

They refused to seat us. They had one table occupied. Apparently the manager just stepped out and told the staff to not seat anyone until they got back. Seriously? These restaurants were never high quality, but that's a new low.

After waiting almost an hour after ordering, our food came and it was cold and one of the orders was wrong. We later found out there was only one cook and one server working that shift.

The waitress that waited on us just left didn't put our order in and neglected to even do a handful with the incoming waitress. Manager did make it right but until that waitress is gone it's not worth going.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The meals were literally disgusting. The chicken tenders tasted like burnt oil as if the oil hasn’t been changed out in a while. The food in general tasted bad. At this point we had already returned 2 plates to be replaced. I Ordered smoked brisket with Mac n cheese skillet topped with bbq sauce. I received some cold burnt brisket and the entire plate including the onion rings was topped with syrup??? No bbq, absolute disgust. At this point we had waited over 30mins for the food, my stomach began to ache from trying the food so we decided to get up and leave. The manager didn’t even show her face to apologize. Our waiter was kind enough to promo our order and we didn’t pay for anything. Will never return again.

Waited to be seated by a host. Two different waitstaff saw me, and ignored my presence, without so much as a, "Welcome to Denny's." I lost patience pretty quickly after that, as the host wasn't called for, and I felt like an undesirable, being as I was left standing there. This is a franchise site, so I'm not knocking corporate

Service was good food was good but they only had booth open and I'm a grown man there's not enough room between the table and the booth so it's very uncomfortable to squeeze in there to eat

Right off the bat, you're greeted with a sign on the door saying they're down cooks so you should expect a longer wait. It was downhill from there. The waitresses are very kind but severely understaffed. We had 3 different people waiting on us and it caused a lot of things to be missed. First, my partner ordered sweet tea without a lemon. Got a sweet tea with lemon. Our waitresses put in the order for the food and all you heard was the cook complaining and the waitresses arguing with him, basically having to beg him to make our food. I felt like I was watching the waitresses babysit the cook. I saw the cook put out a bowl and it sat under the light for about 20 minutes until the one waitress asked the cook where the rest of the food for our table was (we only had 2 meals total). The cook barked back "What other meal?" and the waitress was left again to tell the cook that he had to do his job and not just stand there. My food came out without the side of ranch I ordered (Again, because of all the different people waiting on us with them being short staffed) and my partner's food was finally brought out from under the heat light. My partner's food was missing the eggs that came with the meal. The waitress went back to tell the cook and after some more arguing in the back, the eggs were finally done. Dinner in total took maybe an hour and 10 minutes for 2 meals with 2 other tables seated in the building. The waitresses are doing their best and deserve better. But the cook doesn't seem to want to do his job and his attitude wasn't great towards his coworkers.

The hostess had us sit far from our car and placed us by a window right by the main drag. The waitress came right away for the drink order and drinks were brought right away. There was no silverware to stir our drinks. The coffee tasted odd. My wife ordered decaffeinated coffee. Then our waitress vanished. It seemed like forever she returned and refreshed our coffee but gave my wife regular coffee. She agreed it did not taste right,Maybe it was the water.. the food took forever and when it did arrive our waitress informed she was busy with delivery. She forgot butter fir the kids pancakes. I still tipped her because it wasn't her fault the manager sucked.
