Found this little gem while taking a ride with my wife. We got 2 doughnuts,a strawberry crunch cake and a home apple turnover. Not only was these items very well priced there were so flavorful didn't leave a greasy film in your mouth . Definitely a repeat stop .
The best cakes! Truly! Never too sweet. Moist. Perfect flavor balance. I ordered the delectable and pretty lemon cake for my mom’s birthday. My teen son who doesn’t usually like lemon devoured it. They can accommodate gluten allergies too.
This location is associated with the Harry Potter and should I decide to go there most likely this place will permanently close. Lactose intolerance towards the white race seriously. the mere fact that you decided to write Potter books about your apple turnover and then distribute them to Brookline Massachusetts as if any one needs to learn to read and speak by "Americans" that are not even British is beyond pathetic. It's the disgusting witches that hide in NH, no one wants the disgusting YEAST, MILK OR LIFE FORM OF THE WHITE MALE OR FEMALE. WHITE ARE THE NUMBER ONE CONSUMERS OF BEAUTY BECAUSE YOU ALL LACK!
Wonderful baked goods! I've been here a couple times for the maple rounds, a cake, and today I had the Nutella turnover and an iced chai.. lovely ☺️
Excellent food and coffee! Definitely a destination place. Rochester does not have much to offer for food but this place is on my top 5 bakeries I have been to
Best bagels I've ever had. Get there early for the jalapeno & asiago ones, they are outstanding.
I love everything about this place: the doughnuts, cookies, sandwiches, cakes, friendly staff, welcoming environment… but I also love how they are clearly a blessing to their community and their employees. This is a business worth supporting!

GREAT food and service. Always served with a smile and personal conversation that makes you feel welcome!!! Absolutely the best breakfast sandwich in the area and the pastries are to die for!!! Yum!!!! Worth checking out on a Saturday morning or when you need a dessert to please!!
I met sue personally when I arrived to potters and she is the sweetest woman ever! I really enjoyed my experience here. I recommend taking a stop in sometime and recognizing this small business <3
5 stars all across the board. First time here and the food is really good. Breakfast wrap is my favorite. Though the hash browns needs some work, it's too crunchy for my taste but still tasty. Cheese Danish is actually good here. staff is wonderful and helpful. I had a patron by the name of "Susan" who helped me pay .85 cents because my gift card had $10 and I was .85 cents short. Thought I had a dollar but I didn't and Susan helped me pay for the .85 cents even though I elected to comeback and pay for it. I have been here three times now and always a good place to get my lunch. Next time I see you Susan, I'll get you a coffee and breakfast sandwich!

Awesome breakfast spot! We stopped in because of a review that said it was a great asset for Rochester- and it for sure is. 11/10 jalapeño cheddar bagel! Wow. Hash browns were tasty as well. Baked goods looked amazing, will have to stop in for those another time.
We have absolutely LOVED everything we've tried here. The only disappointment is that we just found it 2 month ago and they've been there for 3 years!! They're still the best in the area!! Love, love, LOVE their jalapeño popper sandwich!! You have to get there early to get one of those!
I went here with my boyfriend (I'm from Boston) and the donuts we got were some of the best I've ever had!! I also had a tuna salad sandwich and the tuna salad was just perfect. Lovely spot and even lovelier employees. I'll have to make this a regular spot for when I come up here!!
Outstanding local bakery. Their fresh donuts & bagels can’t be beat. Cakes & breakfast sandwiches alike are top notch. Get their early & I guarantee you’ll find something you like!
Im pregnant and even if I wasn’t I would still leave this same review time and time again. My grandparents come here almost daily for breakfast sandwiches and goodies. Today they decided to bring my 3yr old and I while my husbands at work. I got the most amazing cinnamon roll I’ve ever had and honestly I don’t even like bakery cinnamon rolls, usually I’m a pillsbury kinda girl but this cinnamon roll literally has me almost in tears because of how delicious it is. I haven’t been able to stomach much this pregnancy so far but thanks to this place I know where to go for something I can actually eat. 💕 Not only are their bakery items to DIE FOR but their breakfast sandwiches are delicious & their customer service is even better!
This place has delicious and beautiful pastries and sandwiches, the space is open and inviting, and the staff is polite and warm. If it weren't for Google maps I wouldn't have known it was here, but now that I do, it's going to be a staple. Truly a gem! Update: This place has excellent and very affordable cakes. Some of the best we've had. Not too sweet and very flavorful.
