Well we tried to get a coffee twice here but there was a sign on door that they would be right back... but... not .. hard to shop locally.. we had to dive out of the town too bad so sad..
Didn't buy any food but it looks good
I went there early this morning and had the most pleasant experience. Outstanding customer service from the employee. She made my coffee flawlessly and in a timely manner. She was courteous, professional, and so endearing in the way she spoke.
I went to beam me up one morning looking for a nice coffee to start my day, I felt rushed by the barista or let me say employee. My coffee was made completely wrong, I am educated as a barista and I know for a fact that my macchiato was made incorrectly. I appreciate the women that worked there. I am just hoping that if you work in a place that involves creation, you get the education that is needed to do you’re work properly.
I love this shop and visit multiple times per week. Pretty sure my eldest son and his friend(s) single handily buy all of the Jaritos. The atmosphere is fantastic, the artwork is fantastic, the snacks/food are always so tasty and all of the staff is friendly. The barista working today is lovely! She’s always very friendly and makes a mean iced dirty chai! Unfortunately, there was a really nasty lady there today. I am worried she’s going to leave the bad review that she threatened and I want to make it clear that she was in the wrong. She ordered a drink that she and the other female with her didn’t like, she ordered two new drinks that cost more than the original drinks and threw an absolute fit when she was expected to pay the difference. The barista tried to placate her by providing her the difference from her own tip jar and to no surprise that didn’t satisfy this woman. All that she accomplished was making everyone extremely uncomfortable and I’m very thankful for the young man who intervened because I totally froze.
A little understaffed when it gets busy but the drinks are amazing! Some nasty ladies were sitting next to me and I guess they were having a bad day because they lost their minds on the poor counter girl because they said she made their drinks wrong (she didn't) but then when they tried to order a much more expensive drink instead, she charged them for the difference instead of the full drink which was already very nice of her and then they threw a whole fit and other customers had to ask them to stop because they were being so rude. They said they posted a bad review and I wanted to refute their account because I'm sure it was incorrect. The staff here are lovely and the drinks are very good, only downside is some random customers occasionally. I come here all the time and have never had a bad experience. The London fogs are very good.
I went in, and there was only one lady behind the corner, and she totally rocked it! Line was out the door, and she stayed calm, and the drink was amazing! First time there, and I will be back!
Such a cute relaxing little Cafe with a variety of drinks and a bunch of board games in the back room!
My wife and I really enjoyed Bean Me Up. I got a hot latte, which was made well. Good espresso and foam. My wife got the Vietnamese iced coffee, which she enjoyed. We each had an açaí bowl, which was delicious and we both recommend. The café is spacious and has plenty of room to spread out and enjoy privacy if you bring a book, a laptop, etc. On the other hand, the game room is a great idea, and we intend on coming back with friends to play some games. Another lovely touch was the displays of paintings by local artists. Bean Me Up, if you’re reading this, the only thing we would like to see is ceramics being used for anyone eating in. Not only does it add to the comfort and relaxation of eating in (making you feel at home), it would help reduce landfill waste and play a small yet significant part to keep the environment clean and safe. Overall, a nice experience.
great shop, delicious coffee!
Great ice latte. Very nice staff and good looking baked goods. It was hard leaving without trying them but diet diet diet.....maybe next time.
Great addition to downtown Rochester! Delicious iced latte.
Such a cute little coffee shop/bubble tea place!! Rochester needs more places like this.
The place seemed nice. I got a Thai tea and it was very milky/creamy and had barely any Thai tea flavor. It was almost white instead of bright orange and was undrinkable.
Great new cafe! Been there a few times since they opened. Their iced dirty chai latte is a must try. Looking forward to many more visits!
Says you're open on Sundays. You were not open. Your storefront has no hours posted on the door.
An authentic, cozy coffee shop in downtown Rochester. (subjects in photo granted permission)
I am struggling to even make this review. Everything was awesome. I keep stumbling over how to say it, but just know that everything was great. We all got drinks and my kid got two entrees cuz she coudln’t decide and each item was a huge hit. Check this place out!
This was exactly what main street needed. The coffee was great and it was wonderfully homey. I look forward to trying many more of their menu options in the future.
Amazing food and cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff and very relaxing. My new favorite spot
