Great store, little bit of everything, great price for coffee.
Place needs a course on how to treat customers
Probably should update your store hours online drove there and it is not open 24 hours
No one wears masks and they were yelling at customers.
Prices are rising, good coffee, fountain drinks, baked goods, truck stop food, pizza, drinks, ice cream, masks ect..
Went to use vac to vacuum car out bunch of broken glass all around in the area air for tire and vac system. Very unsafe and unstainteray.
As a person that has a medical reason for not wearing a mask. I was confronted by on of your clerks about not wearing a mask. Told him of medical reason was informed didn't matter.so you have lost a long time customer that spent $1500 a month at your store.
Went to get ice for my coffee and there was mold on my ice cubes hints the reason the ice machine is down right now so just be carful and double check anything you get from there also watch the times on the pizza as they like to let them sit there for hours at a time there's been a dozen times I have been in there to get pizza and it has been sitting for at least 3 hours and I have to tell them they need to throw it away and I don't even work there so make sure your checking what you get
Cumberland farms, has gone downhill rapidly. More often than not, there’s no monetary savings, the 10 cents ‘saving’ went by the by years ago. The windshield wash is none existent because of lack of water and torn sponges, pillars are falling apart leaving concrete littering the ground and if your waiting for a receipt at the pump, forget about it.
They keep the toilet paper for their bathrooms behind the counter so customers cant steal from the roll. I asked for the paper and wasn't that surprised to see red and yellow stains on the side of the roll. Why would anyone think that is a good idea
The employees are very friendly considering they have to flush heroin addicts out of the bathroom on an hourly basis.
Typical Cumberland Farms.
The Pleasant Street Station staff look unprofessional and grubby. The store and bathrooms are not clean. The loitering that goes on here is really bad and gives the store a bad reputation. The store is centrally located. The gas discount program is good. The Washington Street Station is 100% better in everyway.
I usually really like this Cumberlands... however they have hired a very rude clerk who every time I'm go in is rude. Today she ruined a digital coupon and it really want a big deal but she went off on me like I had chewed her out, which I didn't. And then she got all defensive that I still wanted my other items but not the one item. Wow this was an experience I hope never to repeat, but I will say if clerk Amy is there I won't be going to her lane.
Coffee station is usually filthy and product is not maintained well.
From the day the pleasant St store opened it has been dirty with trash on the floor and cigarette butts on the sidewalk. The coffee station is disgusting with spilled coffee on it. The sugar dispensers have sugar spilled all over them and most times are empty.
Staff looks grubby. Unprofessional unkempt
Was just there got in you employee candys line and right in front of me put up her sign to use next cashier and she then she waited on the customer behind me , rude
The store is beautiful, cashiers are pleasant. The one disgusting thing is to see men loitering in front of the store with no shirts on, not appropriate at all. Tell them to move along. You have no loitering signs if u want people to follow your rules enforce them! To top it off they were smoking so your paying customers have to walk through a cloud of smoke to spend money.
