Consistently tasty coffee and pastries, sandwiches! Cool vibe as well.
Love this coffee house. The vegan options are good and delicious. Also, the service is great!
I am very grateful that they are open 24 hours a day! I am currently in school and find it very helpful to have a place to focus! The impossible burger is great, and I always enjoy their hot drinks!
Popped in to order a cold tea. Simple, good drink & good service.
I love this place. Atmosphere is great. Drinks and food is great. Employees are super friendly and on top of their game. Although, I just feel bad for them, because they are always busy. Sometimes when I need something. I do not want to bother them. I wish they had more coverage!
Rad coffee shop. Super chill and welcoming staff. Overall mellow vibes and a great place to hang or work if you need some wifi. Fair warning there is a 2 hour limit on the wifi and they give you a login when you buy your coffee but honestly if you're gonna work in a coffee shop and take up a seat for hours on end to work you should be making multiple purchases anyway. A couple of bucks for wifi and a snack is a small price to pay to support a sweet shop
Have been to this place couple of times, experience was ok. Last night I went to get a hot coffee latte and a Hot chocolate with almond milk. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the window, paid $15 and didn't even get receipt because they don't have paper, great. I understand that staff can be busy, ran out of paper etc., nothing big. I Went home and checked my hot chocolate before drinking, lo and behold, cup is half empty. literally half empty. coffee cup is just 3 Quarter full. This is by far the most expensive half cup of hot chocolate and coffee I have ever bought. I did not drink any of it because at this point I don't know if I got a left over of someone or freshly made batch. Extremely disappointed and sad. Definitely not coming back. It is not worth $15 and over 10 minute wait on pickup window. In case you want to check the system for my order, it was between 9 to 9:30 PM.
Coffee was good as usual. But this time we got our order only 2/3 of the cup full. I was already back at work when I noticed. I’m a regular here so this is frustrating. It’s also my first time buying coffee for my coworkers to promote you guys but they were just disappointed. 🙁
It’s quite expensive for what it is, but the vibe is inspirational when you’re working on something as they have lots of good art up. The staff is nice probably half the time.
First off, yum. I'm picky about coffee drink flavors, and this place does it right. Truly. They have a LOT of vegan options, even with the food too. The vibe is chill, even when it's busy. There's a lot of people studying, and some are there to socialize. But it's never obnoxiously loud, somehow, even when busy. They are 24 hours (or close to it, if not.) I love that they are LGBTQ friendly. The hookah, though. The hookah. I'm consistently surprised how a coffee shop can pull off such a quality hookah (hookahs are served outside on the patio_. The people working there are always willing to help you with meeting your needs, and the owners are always striving to make it the best experience for their customers.
Used to be good. Now they take FOREVER for simple orders and it’s NEVER right. Always missing something and overpriced. I wish they got it together…
$20 for an oversized brightly dyed coffee (Mustachio, pistachio doesn’t need to be dyed bright green) and a small lavender chia seed pudding. Not worth it at all.
I went here a couple days ago for the first time and I can't stop craving their Monkey Mocha!! It's so good, and the coffee shop has chill and cozy vibes. Very unique from other Vegas coffee shops, and they're 24/7!!! The baristas Kenny and Monse were super nice and welcoming and recommended this drink to me. I'm glad I finally took the time to check this coffee shop out, I've been meaning to for awhile. Needless to say they exceeded my expectations, so I'm definitely coming back to try their other specialty drinks!
Very cool experience, drinks were great, the chocolate croissants are very tasty and a perfect blend of light and sweet.
Was not satisfied with the quality of the food. Iced coffee was OK but the sandwiches had hard bread, the french fries were fat and tasted like they were made out of some thing else. Chocolate croissant tasted freezer burnt. Menu is over priced.
Fantastic Coffee, & the baristas at Madhouse Coffee are some of the kindest people you'll meet in Vegas. Best Nutella White Mocha in town. ☕️
I have a job that take me by here a few times a week. Being a coffee fiend, I stopped in. Definitely a hipster vibe. Customer service is usually poor at best, younger adults behind the counter that don't seem to understand the definition of customer service. The coffee is solid, but you can't buy the specialty beans to take home. They have a rewards points system which sucks, don't understand how you can buy 2 drinks that total close to $20 and earn 1 point. It's overpriced, but since they have to compete with the big green apron I get it. But I don't think I will go out of my way to go back
I love going to Madhouse to get my homework done. Not only do they have an awesome atmosphere plus a great drink, food, and pastry menu, but the staff is always so welcoming and helpful. I always see Edward and Sarah when I come and they are so awesome!!
Been coming to madhouse coffee for almost 3 years now. I usually order the same thing each time. Hot americano just black. The coffee used to be excellent. But lately it’s been getting worse and worse. My most recent visit (Monday Jan 23), I order my hot black americano. It was the most watered down coffee I’ve ever had in my life. I was basically drinking hot water with zero coffee. I took the lid off and the color of my drink was a weird watery orange color. And it obviously tasted nothing like coffee. I don’t know what it is, but something seems off with this place. Quality has gone downhill. And even the service was lackluster. The young lady helping me, had the most careless expression on her face. She wasn’t friendly at all. Sucks because I used to love this place. And it’s awesome that they are open 24 hours. But after my most recent experience, I think I’m retired from madhouse coffee. There’s better options for coffee elsewhere.
Smoothie taste like a melted frozen popsicle. Not worth the price. Also place felt like a giant study hall and not inviting for other people to sit down and enjoy the space.
