Don't waste your money.
Iced White Mocha is unique and delicious!
The one at terminal 3 has terrible service and food. Both clerks has personality issues and awful serving attitude. They questioned us when we asked to heat up the food after we paid. Don’t waste your time and money.
Awful service and food. Burger King next door is better
March 2 2023 around 7am. Bought a latte for me and a friend. There was definately something wrong with both. Smelled and tasted like it had cigerette ashes in there drink. Hopefully just problem that day. The lineup was so long that I didn't have an oppprtunity to speak with an employee. Had to throw away my latte and go to Starbucks and spend more money there. Too bad for me.
Forgot to take a picture of my drink, but the vanilla cold brew was delicious - way better than Starbucks! Wish we had one in Portland. The biristas are the best!
6:11 am and they don’t have anything to put on bagels. Totally incompetent staff. But this is typical at most of their locations
Great service and staff with a smile as compared to the grumps yelling behind the gate at Starbuck when i asked the opening times down the terminal.
Got really awesome jasmine peach tea...could improve to let us use our gift card and rewards Bummer
My GF ordered some coffees and I had to pick them up. I wasn't sure about our order and I ask a question to the lady at the counter: "excuse me, is this the Americano?" The lady answered screaming at me saying 'Did you not hear what I just said, I SAID Americano!' This lady with braces and braids working on 1/5 around 515pm needs some costumer service training, otherwise she is going to scare all the costumers away. Coffee was okay.
The service lady here was racist and not just discourteous. She served multiple other white people who had placed their order after me 😒 And when she finally served me my order after repeated reminders, she gave me the wrong item and size! On top of that she was not apologetic but rather rude to me for *her* mistake. There were two ladies working at that time and no issues with the one who took orders but the one who prepared the order needs to be disciplined and educated so that this stops. This was on Dec 28th 2022 and I had to be in there from about 6.40am to 7.20am.
Didn't catch his name but the young man who helped me at around 4:45 PM on 12/22/22 was just awesome. Super friendly with a can-do positive attitude. That can't be easy always dealing with idiots like me at the airport 😁
One of the employees picked a bagel out of the trash and gave it back to me
Doesn't open early enough. This airport is packed in the morning and they could open as early as 430am and have business.
Insanely overpriced , gouging
Ok... so, the area around D gates have far more than E gates where Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is. By time i walked around the E gates area about 4 times trying to decide where to get breakfast after regretting not getting it from Puck near the D gates, i finally decided to get an egg wrap at Coffee Bean, not expecting much at all. The service there is impeccable and the guys are extremely polite and personable... ace send that they are subbing the caffeine too 😆. Anyway... i was a little upset that i think it was microwaved... but after 1 bite of the egg & cheese potato wrap... i was transported to my childhood where the curse actually tasted like cheese. And the potato actually tasted like potato. And the potato and cheese didn't overpower the egg. And the wrap itself was... just soft, those grill looking marks actually had flavor and... the hot sauces sent it to the moon! This was FANTASTIC! They should give it more excitement, given the breakfast options around it that end around 10:30ish, for those of us that love eggs the morning and took too long to decide bc of egg snobbery 😆 so pleasantly surprised and wish there was something this scrumptious on the East coast!!! Would i do it again... i can't wait to do it again and i hope the chance comes around soon!

I travel often and visit this location for coffee whenever I am able to. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I also really appreciate some of the nontraditional / healthier food options! I stumbled upon the quinoa salad and it's now my go to every time I'm here. Delish.
Tuesday October 15th, Caucasian young woman working the register with dark hair was EXTREMELY rude talking out of place when I asked the barista to remake my drink. Focus on checking out your line of long customers with your ugly morning attitude. The barista was kind enough to understand the drink did not taste good and remade it.
I was just here for a layover (10/20 around noon, across from E10) and I was blown away at how efficient this team was! The coffee was ready before I even had a chance to find a spot and put my receipt away. These ladies know make a coffee right and take care of a line like nothin’ I’ve ever seen! Bravo!
