I like the coffee bean so much. This time, I had the caramel blended with sugar-free caramel and oat milk, and my daughter had the Vietnamese latte, so good!!😋👍
27 mins for a coffee and given nothing but excuses for why. Lake Mead and Tenaya, do your job better and quit blaming others for bad management
I order 2 or more times a week from here. They 9/10 times do a fantastic job with my order. They have lots of varying options for coffee or tea lovers including substitution options! I enjoy the ice blended drinks and teas most of all! 10000000% Recommend!
I've been visiting this location for many years . Something has happened. I don't know if they need a new speaker on the drive thru order system but my drinks aren't ever correct. So annoying There was also supposed to be free foam topping all Apr and I asked for it on my latte and didn't get it lol ..um ok
Placed online order. Sign on door said lobby is closed and orders need to be picked up in drive thru. Had to wait 20 mins in drive thru to pick up drinks.
Always a friendly and good place to go too. They have outdoor and indoor seats, and great drinks and treats.
Enjoy when I am working at our location near here, I always grab a coffee before I clock in.
Really slow and rude! Screwed up order bc distracted chatting with one another and preparing a large catering order.
Drove out of my way by 15 minutes before work (I work nightshift) because North Las Vegas doesn’t have a Coffee Bean and I double checked before I left to make sure I would get there before they closed at 7pm. I arrived at 6:10pm to find out that they had already closed, despite it saying online they close at 7pm. Please update your hours and display them accurately.
I usually take the time to leave a nice review. This is the first time ever I give 1 star. In a time frame of a month, I've visited this location 3 times and they are close due to maintenance for all 3 visits. Closing time 7pm, I am here at 5:3ish pm and it's closed. Please like, corporate has to know.
Super long wait for drive thru and the drinks were mediocre.
I had a wonderful experience tonight at the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf! I have never been i think i found my new favorite coffee shop!! The staff was so helpful and patient while i decided what i wanted, and the Supervisor Faith gave the best service! She helped me choose from their many flavors. I love my coffee sweet and faith reassured me that if it didn’t taste quite right she would fix it up for me! We need more service like Faith provided me today! She’s a rockstar and i will be coming back!

Drive thru lady rolled her eyes at me just for asking to scan a coupon that was on the app. I didn’t even bother getting the drink because that ruined my coffee craving. This happened February 12th at around 5pm. The Thin Hispanic girl with long dark hair in a pony tail. She needs better customer service.
It's good. No complaints. Line moves 10x faster than Starbucks and app has better rewards

Went in store to order a coffee and was not given service because the manager closes her Regester early. She says it’s her store and it’s her police to close the cash registers early before store closes… I asked for Reg Manager number she refused to give it to me… I asked for corporate number she said she don’t have that number either.. told me I have to us a card if I want coffee.. I only had cash … the manger faith is Awful and she was filled with a bunch of excuses of why it’s her store and if she wants to close in early she can close it early

Darlings, all ages have the right to be serviced in any public place. Treating us less is discriminatory and against the law. If you’re friendly to some or most, you better be friendly to all. When we ordered our coffees to stay, they sheepishly called out our names. If they called out our names is really in question, which leaned towards, “No they didn’t.” I placed three different orders at three different times, it was quiet enough that we should have easily heard the call out of my name. One gal was charming and nice one on one but later she ignored us as well. Managers: Train your servers to be servers, with the emphasis on serve. This shop offers a Service with supposed ambience, which was callous. Please teach them to not discriminate on sectors or classes of peoples. Thanks
Coffee latte was superb 👌🏾 great quality and the staff were pleasantly nice. Definitely will be my go to spot for a nice cup of coffee
