Great coffee shop inside a salon. Unique menu, the apricot matcha was great!
This place is very picturesque! Jackson was very helpful when I walked in and very patient with me as I was not familiar with the menu, nor the things on it…. Very authentic to its self! I suggest giving it a try! 💜☕️
I liked my drink and the design but I felt out of place while sitting there next to the salon. Unfortunate this isn’t a freestanding coffee shop as they have one of the most unique menus I’ve ever seen
My experience was honestly lower than this rating, but I suspect that was more because I just wasn't a fan of the random drink I tried or their fried bread knot which was rather dense.
Best coffee shop in Vegas with the most unique menu I’ve ever seen! 😃 Every drink I’ve tried so far has been a 10/10, highly recommend checking it out!

Incredible coffee bar with a deep selection of creative and inventive coffee drinks. It’s inside the salon, Poppy Collective. Must try the PB and Dale or the Pops Oat Latte!

Love this not so secret coffee bar inside Poppy Collective - cutest salon ever! I’m currently hooked on the Burnt Fig Matcha but loving everything. The baristas are seriously the best and if you don’t know what to try, ask them! They know what’s up
If you’re looking for a new coffee spot in town THIS is it!!!! Not only does it have the cutest, beach-town vibe..the coffee is next level! All of the drinks on the menu are hand-crafted flavors!! You literally can’t go wrong!!! My current fav is the pistachio matcha🤤
This coffee bar is insane! I’ve never seen so many unique flavors in one place! I’m trying to go through the whole menu…I’ve been so into the Fig burnt sugar late but on he days I’m not feeling up for coffee, their matcha lates are where it’s at! The baristas, Sydney and Jackson are awesome, Jackson has me addicted to the matcha late with fig syrup…pleas do yourself a favor and check out this spot! Its inside the prettiest salon so the views are fun too!

The cutest coffee shop tucked inside of the cutest hair salon. The apricot matcha is soooo good you have to tell yourself to drink it slower so it lasts! Highly recommend popping in and trying some!!
