Excellent coffee if looking for espresso drinks. They use a proper espresso machine instead of the digital/automated ones, so you know you're getting a pulled shot with fresh beans.
Best Decaf I ever had...they just need to hire more people on the weekends, 3 workers to attend a really long from customers craving for caffeine
The majority of the photos aren't from the place here. It is the one inside a casino, not even a shop. It just a pick-up option. The place is very noisy and not inviting. Price too high.
The pictures in this review are from different locations. We came to the horseshoe hotel and the coffee shop here is the one without the window. At the horseshoe there isn't any place to seat at the coffee shop.
The display looks amazing. White mocha for ten bucks? Not good
Depending on the service it doesn't go what the expectation will be. They'll refuse service to you. They hate White People.
Good coffee and great pastries!
Great customer service
Can I say......OMG heavenly pastries had the chocolate crossiant one day and then the Nutella crossiant the next. And their cafe mocha coffee awesome!
Worst 10 dollar coffee ever. Go to Starbucks instead
My GF and I get pastries and coffee here. They are always good and fresh. Service is good. Prices are high, but about average for any casino coffee shop. I probably wouldn't shop there if it weren't for my GF having reward credits from the casino.
I had a ice chai and bear claw. Both were below average.
Handy location in entrance to Bally's hotel. Coffee was fab. Large muffins. Cheesy pastries an unexpected treat. Almost $40 tho'...?! OMfG.
The espresso is good, but priced unreasonably high ($5.99 for a double). The Apple danish was not fresh and after one bite I threw it away. The pineapples were 1/2 fresh and 1/2 almost rotten. The worst breakfast experience in a long time. Don’t waste your money there.
This is a great spot for the morning espresso or afternoon espresso martini. The staff is always amazing, they are here to take care of you.
Good coffee. Didn’t have the pastries.
Worst customer service I've encountered in all of Las Vegas. I can't tell you how good the coffee is because I never got any. I go there around 8:00 or 9:00 p.m. not sure but it was before we went out I asked the girl for a single shot of expresso. She said okay she makes an espresso puts it on the counter in front of me and proceeded to charge you for a double espresso. I asked her very nicely I only wanted a single Miss she said we only sell doubles. Still in a nice voice I said so why didn't you say that when I ordered it as I was counting out the extra money to pay her do you believe she grabbed the espresso and said no problem you don't want it I'll throw it away and proceed to throw it away. I never said I wasn't going to buy it I just simply asked why didn't you tell me that before she made it. She was some Spanish girl with the worst attitude I've ever seen in all my years in Las Vegas even my friend had his mouth to the floor and disbelief and said why did you throw it away for we were going to buy it and then she ignored us this was about a week ago I just haven't had the chance to write this review but there's no way I was not going to write this review because I've met some people with attitudes and that's fine people have their days but this was totally uncalled for the girl obviously hates her job and she go find another one on her own if they don't fire her ASAP. She it threw away so fast I never even got to smell it but what do you expect it's in Bally's the place is a sht hole.
After seeing food critic Rene's 1 star, gave this place a chance, mostly out of convenience, supervised my drink, was proper, and lady was smiley/kind.
Stayed at Bally’s which is where this shop is at and walked down for a mocha. It was really good, strong and flavorful. Not like the other chain coffee shops. I wish I had a pastry. They looked really good. Service was quick and pleasant.
1 star for charging hotel guests $1.08 for boiled water when the concierge says to get it here with cup in hand. You don't like it, pass it on. More than likely they'd rather charge extra to bake your biscuits too.
