Love Capital One cafes. Such a comfortable and productive cafe for work, relaxing and connecting. This new foray for CapOne is awesome. It's also nice that they recognize customers with half-off drinks, but are also totally welcoming (with no sales pitch) to others as well. I had a late afternoon flight, and this was the perfect spot to do a little work before heading to the airport / after checking out of the hotel. Thanks so much Capital One!!

Great coffee, friendly people and a refreshing concept to discuss banking. Plus, it is in the middle of the mall on the strip, so not somewhere in the outback. Thank you CapitalOne!

Nice staff, good service, good coffee and hot chocolate. Plenty of space. Prices are better than Starbucks.

This is not a bank. Sure it has an ATM but there are no tellers. I wish banks would just let themselves be banks as to not confuse.

If I could put zero stars I would. First, the coffee quality was unimpressive. The barista didn't want to give me cream for my coffee. I tipped both times I purchased, and the barista argued that his boss said that he was not allowed to give more than one ounce of cream. Secondly, I came here because I'm supposed to recieve half off for using my Cap. 1 card. The second purchase i was charged full price! I will never return here again. I had to go to Starbucks next door to get my cream. Unreal!

Lovely place to relax after a long shopping day. It belongs to the capital bank, but you dont have to be a bank account holder to enjoy their services! They serve a great food and beverage, and the staff is very nice, free wifi, and lovely modern and artistic decorations with a private nook for more privacy! Clean tidy and organized ;) We'll be back for sure!!!!

Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Walked into the @capitalonecafe just to check it out. Amanda representing the Vegas location took amazing care of us, offered free drinks, 4 free drink cards and didn’t try to sell me anything at all at the end. Definitely checking this out in Miami. Ps. 50% off drinks when you pay with a Capital one card !

Cool concept but would be better utilized if it only catered to Capital One cardholders. The private restroom at this location is a good perk but it was filthy and needed immediate attention. The half-off beverages for cardholders is nice but not compelling enough for me to come back. I love how there are free meeting rooms, but once again, it defeats the purpose when all of this is open to the public.

Heather was amazing in assisting me in resolving a deposit issue. She literally went above and beyond to make sure I was credited for the deposit the same day, and helped set up a dispute fire with the bank. She is fantastic, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Cafe and Capital One for all your banking needs.

A great coffee shop to rest your feet while shopping in the mall and grab a drink. Maybe do a little banking or read a book. They have an ATM inside the store. A nice relaxing place in the midst of the busy mall. Very spacious and extremely clean store with comfortable seating, lots of areas for individuals or small group activities. They are located just pass the Starbucks, next door to Fantasy Lab . They serve Peet’s coffee ( much better than Starbucks coffee) and other beverages, treats and snacks. Their drinks are 50% off if you’re Capital One card holder. Which is very nice. BTW you don't need to be a customer to hang out here for a while. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The employees are phenomenal and they have the best customer service. The atmosphere is very modern and pretty chill. This is definitely a future of banking: a coffee shop with financial advisors. Highly recommended!!!

Coffee, teas, drinks and small light fare. A very comfortable place to take a break in the mall. Half off with a Capital One card. Seating is nicely dispersed with a few private booths and semi private areas. If mall congestion and fatigue set in, this is a great detour. The drinks are "peets coffee" brand which are quite good and similar to what you might find at Starbucks, although I believe with a fewer range of options. And some really nice employees.
