Ehhh.. it's definitely a more Boujee coffee spot and not a lot of flavor options for coffee. I still prefer Dutch Bros over this place. My boyfriend prefers this spot over Dutch Bros, but that makes sense because he's definitely more Boujee than me 🤣😂 so I'll still end up coming here for his drink then heading down the street to Dutch Bros for mine. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Customer service was nice, I got the meximocha and a bagel dog and both were delicious, I like to go here to get a break from the super strong Starbucks coffees. And that bagel dog is just so yummy !

I go here a lot and it’s really good. This morning I ordered a bagel with two cream cheese. I know I have to pay extra and that’s fine. Order two twice at drive thru. She gives me one. I pay for a second after being looked at like I’m a loser and can’t afford the second. No knife provided and I can’t eat the bagel because it’s as hard as a rock. What happened today? They microwaved a bagel that was toasted prior to. Why?? It’s a bagel. Ripped off. Not happy. I try to support local businesses but at the end of day, Starbucks can afford fresh bagels and that’s what I paid for. I wasn’t offered the option of a fresh vs left over microwaved version. Not going back there. Sorry. I was hungry and paid for nothing.

I'm certain they won't care about this but I had a really bad experience and am done with this place. I waited in the drive thru for 20 plus minutes this morning for no reason that I could determine. Then when I did get up the the front to pay, they didn't acknowledge, apologize for the wait, nothing. When I mentioned that it was kind of a long wait the employee just looked annoyed. I know that it's not entirely within one person's control but acknowleding that it took an unreasonable amount of time is literally the least you can do in that situation.

This place really fell off. It had great service and speed of service 3 to 6 months ago. The past 3 months have been a disaster. Long wait times, product constantly out of stock, breakfast items are hit or miss if they have them in stock. Seems like management is struggling with keeping products stocked.

I tried so hard to enjoy this place. One in Five times, their coffee is decent.This place is awful. They false advertise their smoothies as made with real fruit and the employees let the customers know that it is just a flared fruit paste. In addition there is no consistency in there drinks and pricing varies hour to hour. There is a couple employees who are wonderful, but for the most part, they all act like working there is horrible. The owner seems to have no real answers to questions.
