Charming coffee shop! Offers an espresso flight (I spotted some Vesta coffee beans), good food & good coffee, plus 6 indoor tables to work at with outlets along the wall, and smart hooks under the tables. Couch area is in front of a “free little library” where a copy of “Ship Breaker” sits waiting for you :) if you like some young adult post-apocalyptic stories. The 20 plants inside are not plastic! Spotted 2 Hoyas, a begonia, a variegated regal shield etc. so you know they take care of their space. There really is a difference in the air. I think even the outside plant box with lavender might be real too. This makes my little millennial heart sing. Temperatures inside are not too cold, the crowd is respectful even when it had peak times of getting busy (a person took their calls outside), noise levels were not jarring, and service was sweet & efficient. I didn’t measure the speed of wi-fi but it is available for patrons. Also, I am only posting one picture because I can’t get an angle where I’m not infringing on other people’s privacy. I hope there were more areas with this vibe on the west side of town (idk why but sometimes I’m crazy exhausted getting out of a cafe/coffee shop). We’re just looking for an affordable respite among the hustle & caffeine-driven energy—a genuine ‘third space’. This place is it! No social media doom scrolling, just some journaling, nice conversations, good food, and maybe finally some focused work. The trek here is well worth it. C’mon! They make their own shokupan & bagels 😍 Evergreen Coffee makes me feel nourished & rejuvenated whenever I leave and I hope it maintain its charm while it grows here.

First time at this coffee shop. I bought an orange latte and an orange toast. I had to search for the orange in the latte. Everything was okay. The toast was difficult to eat with the ricotta softening up the bread and became soggy. Im not a fan of having the only menu available to view when ordering. I like to see the menu before ordering and feel like it rushes the guest. The atmosphere was a little stale. It was really quiet inside there. They do not have coconut milk but serve oat and almond alternatives.

You only get one favorite place, and this place is unquestionably mine. Their tea is what brought me in; it's incomparable to anything else in town, truly top-notch. They brew everything with caution, too, you'll never catch them brewing green tea with boiling water. They genuinely know how to prepare everything on the menu to the highest standard, from matcha on out. The food here is every bit as good and pairs so well with the beverages. Their coffee is also a cut above. They brew locally roasted beans, but somehow, the same coffee tastes better prepared here than direct from the roasters they source from. Paired with the warm reception you always get from the staff, this place will make your day better, guaranteed. Their business practices are ethical, their employees paid better than most, takeout containers environmentally responsible, really there's just nothing not to like about this place. Firmly recommend the matcha latte and the green toast.

Love this place! A little on the pricey side but they actually pay their workers a living wage with benefits and the food and drinks is top quality. Truly my new favorite coffeeshop! To try: Food: the Turkey Pesto sandwich. As someone who is usually pescetarian but had to incorporate for meat into their diet for health reasons, this has been a life saver. The turkey is not over powering and the cheese and pesto all meld together in a delicious explosion of flavor. Drink: I typically like my drinks on the sweeter side, that being said most of their drinks are on the stronger side, so I ask for them slightly sweeter and with oat milk. I recommend any of the honey based drinks, as they are a personal favorite.

What I love the most about Evergreen coffee is that they clearly care about contributing to the Henderson community. They provide gender neutral bathrooms, both of which have complementary menstrual products. They also provide free dog treats and water for dogs, which are allowed regardless of whether or not they are service animals. There’s also a big bucket of free water with orange slices in it, which I appreciate. What I also loved was that the menu listed their labor practices. They pay their workers well and give them a great benefits. They also use coffee from local roasters, supporting their fellow small businesses. Their packaging is compostable, and they do everything they can to minimize food waste. Starbucks says they do all of this, but we know better. I love that Evergreen coffee actually lives up to what they say they do! The coffee and tea was amazing and the barista was willing and able to do any customizations and gave amazing recommendations! They have definitely earned a permanent customer.

First time at Evergreen and it was such an awesome experience. The Turkey pesto was tasty and filling. The house made Tai Chi was amazing, the spice was perfect. The Matcha Tea was absolutely delightful. Such a great vibe for a Saturday morning!

My new go to local coffee spot. Service has been above and beyond each time I have come here. The homemade raspberry roll was out of bounds. Truly one of the best I’ve ever had. I love to support local and this is one you shouldn’t miss.

When I paid it didn’t even ask me to tip. I found out they pay their employees good wages! They’re also involved in the community and source their coffee ethically. Their orange latte was unique and delicious, and I can’t wait to try more of their drink options. The atmosphere is nice, and there’s space to sit and enjoy your drinks. I’ve worked on my computer although there aren’t many outlets, it’s good to get a few things done and then let someone else have a seat. It’s usually plenty of seating but once I saw the small shop full. 100% my favorite coffee shop in Vegas. 🙌🏻
