Just stopped to play a few slots. They are ventilation system is not very good because the smoke just about choked us to death.
Good changes have been made to the place and history was so kept. Nice job.
Like the location is kinda outside of the city... the rooms were absolutely horrible!!! Wouldn't even give a 1 star... the housekeeping people were overly rude I had to make an incident report... first time ever was I that disappointed with a hotel!!!!!!
I am a truck driver so I'll stop for fuel and food and to play the slot machines, the fuel price is not as high like some other places sometimes its even cheaper the most places and i think when you fuel you get a coupon for food i was told by another driver i know for sure they give truckers discount at the restaurant which is nice, they have a big parking lot for semis but at night it gets full. At the casino i'll give them a 2 star because they won't even tease you they just straight up take your money, i have stop here many times and played and i have lost everything every time i know its my fault but they could at least tease me a little before they take it all lol. I can't tell you nothing about the hotel because i haven't got a room here before.
Casino was very smokey and dirty. Restroom was filthy. Cafe staff was slow and not very happy or helpful. Food was overcooked and almost cold when we were finally served. Would not stop here again.

We went here for lunch because they have always had great food, we were not disappointed food is still great!! 😋
The room was middle of the road, not the best but not the worst. However, it’s taken over a week to have my deposit refunded to my debit card. I don’t know about anybody else, but I need my money, and to have to wait 10.-business days for them to release my deposit is kind of much. They say it’s my bank, but it’s not, the deposit charge is still pending from them, so??? Lame.
Great place to stop. Clean and safe. Great food selection and fun casino.
This property is in complete disrepair. The room ceiling had visible water damage. The vent in the bathroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in over a year. The shelf in the shower was broken off. The bathroom floor linoleum was torn and had a small strip of duct tape on it. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was out of order. The electrical outlet didn't have a cover on it. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable.
Rooms were basic...no fridge or microwave and basic cable. They won't clean the room unless you notify the front desk (even if you put the "clean room " sign on the door handle). Ice machine inoperable on my floor. When I told the front desk about it they just told me to use a machine on another floor...I guess they don't have mechanical personnel employed there. The place is barely adequate if you're on a budget and need a place to sleep.
They stole my money and didn't think twice about it. LoL decent amount of truck parking.
I have always enjoyed this place especially since they expanded the truck parking.The cost of everything is high but otherwise I enjoy my stays here.
I have only a couple positive things about the stay in this hotel. The linens were clean and the food in the cafe was good.
Came late night to play some slots. Lots of machines and games to choose from as well as Tables for card games. The restaurant inside was open late and for $10 a monster sized burger with all the fixings. Good Denny's type of menu. Security guard was very friendly as well.
Hotel has potential. Convenient. In many reviews people complain about the front desk, especially a male clerk. I run into him. He seems to be a power trip bully. Why management tolerate him in customer service? Perhaps he is management?
It was ok. Kinda clean. Location is kinda hidden - nothing close to eat. Have a pizza place always close while I was there 😕 & sucks that there was no hot water 😠 not even a lil warm. Had to shower 🥶 cold to colder water
Truck driver review: nice paved parking. Restaurant was good, I had the ribeye and loaded backed potato. Steak is thin and was slightly overcooked but overall good. I lost playing craps and blackjack but that’s just gambling. I will go back if my path is along that route. First time I have delivered to Henderson, NV in 7 years so who knows when I’ll get back.
Delivering in Henderson, stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. Beautiful room! Extremely expensive for a night compared to other Holiday Inn Express's. Convenient as to be able to park truck in truckstop lot and walk to hotel. Ate at the Cafe in the casino, Extremely good food and a huge value. Excellent service!
I didn't stay in a room, so I can't speak to that experience, but I can tell you that the public areas of the facility are well maintained, the staff is friendly, and the bathrooms are clean.
