Amazing, the guy at the drive threw was super nice and also lived in San diego. We had a great conversation while my partner was looking for a drink he wanted. When I got to the window they girl and I had a moment about anime hahah I kinda spoiled it for her "naruto" 😅 but I sure enough stopped again tje following day.
They NEVER get my drink orders right. It doesn't matter how many times I ask for a remake it's ALWAYS wrong at this location. This time it was mine and my husband's drinks wrong. It's so frustrating to wait as long as you do and get the drink wrong.
Received horrible customer service from employee named Bri or Bree!!! There were two cars in front of me when I pulled up in the one lane. She then walks out to take orders and looks at all of us. Now by time she is still taking that cars order two cars pull up in the second right lane. Bri then goes and takes the car in front of me. After she is finished with them she then gets ready to skip me and goes to the second lane to take the cars that came after me!!! Are you kidding me! This happens almost everytime I come here. Is it racially motivated I'm starting to wonder. Because if you clearly saw you had 3 cars when you first came outside, then two pull up after why would you skip me??? Then when I yelled out the window "Excuse me I'm before them" she walks up to my car and says nothing! No hello. No hi, welcome to dutch. At least be friendly!!!! I'm so sick of this treatment from this location especially after paying $6 for a drink everytime. After paying I didn't even get a thank you! Just rude all around .
It's a little overrated, some drinks are not what they are cracked up to be. The wait time for the lines it's a little much but some locations are better than other like this location has the lines down good. It is just the attitude of some of the people
Lines are long but it moves quickly! Customer service is always good. I also like the variety you don’t always have to get coffee when you need that quick pick up! I love slushy drinks! Having the choice of having a cold slushy drink that gives me energy on a hot day is awesome!
The idea of 2 lanes here was great! They ran smoothly and quickly! Sugar free tiger's blood iced is my fave by far but there are sooo many great choices! There are options for kids to avoid any unnecessary caffeine *lol* Definitely happy to FINALLY have one here in Henderson/GV area! 12.18.2022- Open til 10! Can't beat that!
Terrible experience, these a-holes called the cops on me cause I was enjoying my drink in my car and thought I looked suspicious, racist motherf_$kers 😡👎

Friendly service and the drinks are amazing! The line can be long but they make it clear where to go.
If you have never had Dutch Bros coffee then I suggest you take the time to look at the menu. First the coffee tastes great compared to other coffee places. They have hot, iced, and blended drinks. I suggest you walk up to order the first time ordering because the drive thru lines someone takes your order so you don't have time to look at a menu. Talk about drive thru lines, if you see a long line don't stress that line moves very fast because they come out take your order

I'm pretty much a regular here lol and the drinks are good, but it does depend on who is making them! I have visited two nights in a row and there is a young African American female employee who makes my drink PERFECT! And she remembered my order from the previous night. She is very nice and helpful. Wanted to give her recognition, I didn't catch her name.
My go 2 place is not only coffee great. The teas are great
$4 for a drip americano that doesnt even come close to starbucks coffee in quality. Either this chains no good or they shouldnt serve this at all.
After going so many times I can say that Dutch Bros is a household favorite.
Top quality coffee from top quality people, only way it could have been better is if I had downloaded the Dutch Bros app before going. But that’s all user error. The place is perfectly located by all of the green valley neighborhoods, but that also means heavy traffic in the drive thru lane during early morning hours and weekends. So plan ahead! They also have military and student discounts!
