Love this place. Great coffee, great atmosphere and great customer service.
We get transported to Seattle when we come here. Broody industrial designs with rich wood and low lighting. Excellent coffee. Low-key music (unlike Starbucks across the way). Even the seemingly introverted staff - very Seattle feel. It's the perfect place to chill or work. Tons of tables with wall outlets for laptops to work. Excellent pastires and little menu.
Amazing service, quick, friendly and above and beyond. The coffee is delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful.
This is a cool place, love the vibe. It was packed, people were meeting, doing work, chatting, and having fun. The barista was super friendly, helpful and patient, they do have a pretty extensive menu, so I had some questions. Ended up getting the Orange Chiffon Latte with Almond Milk, it was really good. Not too sweet, which is what I wanted, great taste, and different from other coffee I have had….very pleased overall. Definitely recommend this place, and I will be back when I am out in the area!
Harry Potter vibes and great coffee?! SAY LESS. Fantastic atmosphere and great customer service. If you haven’t been here, be sure to swing by and try the dirty butter brew!!!
We visited las Vegas recently and this was a highlight of our trip. Best coffee we had, and service was fantastic. Wish we had this where we live!
Great atmosphere, price for lattes could be adjusted when comparing to competition. Need more staff during peak hours.
We visited Bad Owl today during a rare Vegas snow day. Bad Owl is one of the coziest coffee shops in Vegas. Their coffee is great, the ambiance is warm, and we love the Harry Potter inspired theme. The service also was very friendly. I will definitely be back again.

Great ambiance. Warm wood wall paneling & floors, warm Edison bulbs, WINE & Beer. Good food choices. Many power outlets. Minus one star because SLOW INTERNET, their Blue Diamond store is 10mb up/down. This one is 1.5 mb 0_o ughghgh.
Good, but overpriced. We got three food items, two cappuccinos and a small dessert for $45. The food tasted good, especially the bread on the avocado toast and the egg on a bricohe bin was delicious. The cappuccinos were miniscule. Atmosphere was dark, not much else to speak of with decor.
I have been here about 5 times and each time has been Amazing the Food is always marvelous ❤️ and that is what I Love consistent You guys are amazing !!!!
This place has a very fun aesthetic. The other location is a bit brighter with a owl cage theme for their Harry Potter theme without saying it's harry potter. Their music soundtrack is great too. The Avado Ricotta was very good.
Almond latte with pieces of real almond.. winner! The service was very pleasant and a calm atmosphere. Just what I needed. My only grip was the wifi stinks . But not a game changer at all.
We come here every year when visiting Vegas. Breakfast sandwiches are delicious!! Creative coffee drinks and delightful teas. Sadly no gluten free options but you can get sandwiches without bread, which works for me.
Nice relaxing atmosphere when I showed up. Slightly busy but not hectic. I only came to order 2 bags og espresso veans.
Editing my review. During the pandemic this was one of the places with the mask fanatics. Such a joke you have to wear a mask to order but when you sit you can take it off. So silly and I was so insulted with the idiotic demands to wear a mask I will never go back to this place again, shame they were so brainwashed with useless information as masks don't work. Loved the coffee but wish the place had better pastries and more seating
Don’t fall for this theme trap. 0 quality. Theme and ambiance: 4/5 Food: 0/5 - really really bad. Overcooked and bland bad. Coffee: Starbucks is better. Cold brew was weak - I wonder if they accidentally gave me decaf? Slow wifi. This theme Café hits none of the actual priorities of a café.
Yes, I love this place. I've been going since the year they opened, I have not been disappointment not even once! Thank you bad owl 🦉 ☺️
My personal favorite is the second breakfast maple latte. It’s not for the weak. It’s best if you sit down, take a deep breath, center yourself, and enjoy it inside this coffee shop and not driving around without intention.
