Don’t waste your time going to this Dutch bros anymore. The new people are rude. Today I ordered my drink AFTER the runner went straight to his friends that were behind me in line, first drink was made wrong, then the lady messed it up a second time, and then on the third time it was still wrong. Ordered a medium, got a large. Ordered parfait style, she put the smallest amount of soft top in (I’m literally watching her and trying to say something but she nor the guy would acknowledge me) and when I finally get mad and say something I’m treated like I don’t know how my drink order is supposed to look. This is also on top of me forgiving the fact of how many times I’ve ordered from them and left with my drink just to find it’s the wrong one. The employees at the other Dutch bros are a lot nicer and more on top of things. Major bummer since I’ve been going to this one for a long time.
I was in this location 1 time over a year ago & the entrance was where I drove today. (I live in Reno) They changed it to enter the other side of the building to enter. I was already kinda stuck & a parked truck behind me, so I waited til the 2 vehicles that were having orders were taken in the alley & I noticed the sign & read it as order takers walked by me & just looked at me with dirty looks instead of coming to my window explaining. These ladies came out again after I maneuvered the spot & was straight. This hispanic girl who had not showered or washed her hair in over a week WAS SOOOOOO RUDE! So rude, I didn't bother to order for my son & could barely order for myself, I was so in "wow mode." 😒 The other girl constantly gave me rude looks as she walked by & and I came to the window. The other girl was too busy flirting with the car behind me. I have NEVER been treated with so much disrespect and nastiness! The window girl was so sweet, or I would have given an ear ful about how uncomfortable these 2 young girls made me feel. When all I wanted was a pick me up after a long day of bday fun with 2 yr olds & driving to Carson to donate to a needy family. Being from Oregon, I have NEVER experienced a ruder dutch bro employee/employees! This is NOT the standard! Just because I am not a local here means you have to be rude when I don't know the correct direction. Instead of staring at me & walking by. Could have helped me instead of being so outlandishly rude when taking my order. I have worked in the industry for years. These girls need responsibility for being ignorant. You're in the hospitality business.

I love going here. The employees seem like they're enjoying themselves and therefore they make the experience enjoyable. 100% recommend over that other coffee place...

Been coming here for a while and never had any issues. Recently it seems they hired some new people and none of them seem to have that Dutch bros positivity or energy we are used to. Went 2 times this weekend and both times it seemed like us coming for coffee was more of an inconvenience to them. Won’t be back.
Can you believe it? According to the employee, they don't make a "regular cup of coffee", instead of brewed coffee, I get the Americana quick pour over. It tasted like flavored water. Hills Brothers coffee, and they don't make regular cup of coffee, amazing, save your money.

Ditched Starbucks along time ago and have been staying loyal to you Dutch Bros! Times change fast so I guess this is how you're gonna treat me new years eve 2022/2023! Getting ready to head out on the road stopped in your drive thru, back door wide open and full staff as I circle around to your window, you lied to me! young gal opens the window and says they are closing due to snow...🤔 so your hours says your open Saturday until 4:30, I'll admit it was 5:00 pm as I looked at the clock having not thought about it, but why Lie about alittle bit of snow, just admit it you don't want to work you just want off work so you can go party! I would have given you an extra 10 dollars if one of the many people with nothing to do in the back ground could have just rustled me up a quick last minute cup of coffee as you tell me to have a good one and shut the window! Haven't even mentioned always being put on the spot for a tip as the new norm when your ordering a coffee! I always tip every time and am tired of this being the new norm other people I've talked to are also noticing and bothered by this as well, what has been specially done to deserve a tip each and every time sure didn't pay off new years eve 2022/2023!! I don't forget when it comes to poor and lying customer service! Back at ya Dutch Bros, have a good one, you've lost my business I'm over it all!
This is by far the best coffee in Northern Nevada! Fantastic crew. Fun tasty drinks. Best value as well!

Young Employees with a great attitude however the travel mugs bought through Dutch Brothers they no longer fill.
The wife and I got a great cafe' mocha today, way better than star(too expensive woke)bucks...
They're always nice and I get my drinks quick
