Yummy and friendly
The food is delicious! The service was quick and the owners are friendly.
A bit overpriced but food was good.
Paid $14 for one pancake, two seriously old pieces of bacon. Nope. Never again. Head to Old Mill, people. Fresh, friendly and affordable. Won’t be treated as an afterthought as a sit-down guest. So NOT impressed that I recommend anywhere else. Gravy tasted burnt, pancake was charred. For $14, I think not.

We are from Vermont and had a very nice breakfast at this pleasant restaurant. The food was great and the service was fast and friendly. We enjoyed our visit there while staying overnight in Valentine. 👍
The couple that run this restaurant care about food they serve and are a great addition to Valentine Nebraska. Best breakfast and nicest conversation we had our whole vacation. Thanks.

The biscuits and gravy are amazing! The service was top tier as well, for being a busy holiday weekend, they were both quick and kind. Can't recommend this place enough!

Had the French toast and small biscuits and gravey with eggs and a side of sausage! THE BEST SAUSAGE GRAVEY IN THE STATE!!!! The owners cook amd wait the entire place themselves. Super friendly and speedy service! If you are craving a great breakfast you need to stop in and try this place out!
We ate here twice on a hunting trip it was so good! Not only was the food great, the folks that own and run the place were very friendly and treated us well. We'll definitely be back again next year!
