This Scooters is always good when I go through. Don't let the long line throw you off, they are fast!
My son and I had the BEST experience this morning after our gym session! I wish I caught the girls name but she was so friendly and genuine especially at 5:45 am!! My 12 year old son even said wow she was so nice mom I hope we get her every time! Thanks for being a great example of how to talk to and treat people it does matter… we wish we got the name of the girl but she’s on 90th and 370 and played college basketball. Thanks again you made our day!! Oh and my son wanted to add a breakfast sandwich after we placed our order and he was scared to ask he was afraid they would be mad… she was so nice about it and gave him suggestions on what to get and he loved her suggestion on the everything bagel sandwich!
Scooter associates are always friendly as they work fast and efficiently as a team to provide quality service to each quests!
I came late in the day, around 6:00 p.m. but---- I was surprised to find the drip coffee wasn't hot. There was a line, and perhaps my coffee was poured before I got to the window, but it was surprising. I mentioned it to the employee, and they replaced the coffee, but the coffee served after was about the same temperature. (Not at all slick, just assuming a lot about the intelligence of the customers.) Be sure to refresh coffee carafes on a timed interval during normal business hours.
Feels like the atmosphere has changed. It feels like this particular scooters that I visit often went from a friendly atmosphere to a robot atmosphere. I asked one of the employees and they said they let one of the managers go. I asked if it was the really super outgoing friendly guy and they said yes. Don't quite understand what happened there but feels like the party has left the building. Now it sounds like they're all robots. I hope the scooter isn't going to lose that friendly outgoing personal atmosphere. Starbucks is just down the road.
They are always upbeat early in the morning, fast service and the drinks are taste wonderful. Highly recommend them.

I got a smoothie and it was barely blended, I would never pass a drink out that was like this. The drinks here are too expensive to receive something like this.

Coffee is flavored much better than star bucks. I also feel better paying for the quality over brand name.
Older blonde lady was talking to the car in-front of us for 20 minutes, and that was just how long we were waiting for. The car got there before us so who knows how long it actually was. We made a comment on how she was talking for so long and her only excuse was they were making the coffee, but when we got up to the window my drink was already made? I wish that I was joking but we sat there and watched her hand outside of the window for so long.
This location has a lot of inconsistencies with their drinks. Today our Pumpkin Carmel blenders didn't taste like either flavor. I prefer the 72nd and Cornhusker location but still believe this 90th location can pull through.
