This is one of my favorite places in town to eat. Their bakery case is filled with amazing treats. Their coffee drinks are also very tasty! I like to try their seasonal drink specials. I love their veggie burger and homemade ketchup! I have yet to be disappointed.
Great food, good menu with something for everyone. Look forward to trying their butterball soup and cabbage burgers! Wonderful local small business to support
Loved the charm of of a small breakfast and coffee joint on our way through Geering. Delicious coffee and cheesecake pastry. Thank you and we will be back to try your breakfast dishes.
They offer gluten free options for some items and the food is very good
Great food and great service!
The best breakfast and coffee around. We always go out of our way to stop at The Mixing Bowl when traveling west.
Yummy coffee drinks, friendly staff and a nice seating area. Awesome!
Hidden gem. Clean, great service, unique menu, scratch ingredients, and delicious food.
Service was incredible! Food wait was over an hour and was not good once we got it. One dish way over cooked other not cooked long enough. Overheard them saying they are training new cook staff. Understandable but still needs someone looking it over before it goes out.
My favorite place to eat in town! Reasonable prices and absolutely delicious food. Their coffees are well-worth it, too. There are lot's of gluten-free options which is so nice. The fries are not GF so be careful there, but I recommend the Guacomole Burger on a GF bun! It's to die for!
$10 for what was advertised as "Bruschetta". Really just overpriced avocado toast on bread that wasn't even toasted. A lot of my old favorites aren't even on the menu anymore and you can get a hamburger anywhere else in town. Disappointing and underwhelming at best.
Outstanding, a must stop. Put us in a great mood for our time in western Nebraska and were part of our amazing memories.
I met up with a friend for coffee here. They had moved locations and we were itching to see the new building. It didn't disappoint. It was rustic and nostalgic. Beautiful brick fireplace and plenty of room to spread out. The wait staff was attentive and down right jolly haha. The menu had great options and the coffee was spot on. I personally had French toast and my friend had biscuits and gravy. Definitely drop by if you get the chance.
The food is amazing and the staff is on point! I love their new location and they are always busy. Plus they have gluten free options!
Popped in for lunch while in town and was not disappointed. The staff were very pleasant and the food was tasty. I will dine again.
Compliments to the chef!! I can only eat Egg whites and they were made perfectly!!! Fluffy and delicious 🤤 Their new space is beautiful!! This is a place you don’t want to miss when visiting Scottsbluff! A destination for sure!
Very friendly service, the food was really good and priced fair. We accidentally got over charged on our bill, the manager quickly took care of it and we got one of our meals for free because of the mistake. Just an amazing experience overall will definitely be eating there more often.
Ah-MAY-Zing! I had the loaded biscuits and gravy and was NOT disappointed. Great burnt surgar dinnakuchen.
Best place to eat in Gering! I'm glad I can find some of the Volga German foods I grew up with.
Such a stunning little gem, from the comfortable interior and welcoming staff. The delightful coffee puns & humor to be seen outside and in was appreciated and added to the cozy atmosphere. The food was PHENOMENAL, as were the espressos we ordered (the Devonshire & Blackberry Mocha - accomdated to dark chocolate from white) from their unique list. Absolutely impressive and worth hopping off the highway into downtown Gering. If you are traveling in the area it is without a doubt a MUST stop.
