I usually choose this place for my coffee but yesterday I placed an order online for the first time and I got to the place by the time it said to in my text at 7:15. I did wait about 11 mins in line to pick up the coffee which isn’t that long but when I pulled up to the window the lady said “I made these a while ago and they have been sitting for a long time” I asked “are the drinks cold” and apologized for asking and said we like the coffee hot and I let them know the text I got said they would be ready by 7:15 if I knew they would be sitting longer I would’ve showed up sooner. Also ordered a Red Bull charger with cream and whip. They handed me the Red Bull charger and it looked nasty from sitting so long and it did not have whip cream. I did say “Eww” when the lady with lighter hair handed me the drink, I was surprised they would hand me a drink that looked like it started to curdle. I wasn’t trying to be rude but after waiting and paying online I asked for them to make me a new Red Bull charger because it looked curdled and gross and also didn’t have whip like I ordered. The lady said “it’s not gross I made it” and I wasn’t saying it was gross I said it looked gross because it did. She told the other lady to pull up my order, because she didn’t believe I ordered whip. She did not make me a new drink, she dumped it in a new cup and put whip cream. I’m thinking either the drink sat way too long or the cream they used was bad because my drink tasted sour. Usually my drinks are good but the lady with the long black hair does not make our drinks right. Anytime we have somebody else make the drinks they are perfect. I suggest going when that lady isn’t working. I have worked with serving people and if they ask for something to be remade because it’s curdled or gross then you remake it and apologize and not be rude.

The owner was friendly, even though it was 6am! Perfect coffee☝️! She listened to my requests and said it bck to me. (I had half the syrups and it was still plenty sweet.) Great place!

The Rush is my one stop shop for coffee on the go. Honestly sometimes I’ll stop by for a drink if I’m having a bad day because the service is always friendly which is refreshing in itself. Many times I describe something that sounds good to me or a drink that I’ve seen on tik tok and they will create it! Quality drinks and fast friendly service. Expansive hours also!
Employees are always super friendly. Their drinks are always delicious and come out lightening quick.

I have never seen a syrup flavor list like the one here!! There is so much variety!! I normally get vanilla syrup in my lattes but i got chocolate chip cookie dough this time because i have never seen it as a syrup flavor before, and it was sooo good!! The service was quick and so friendly!! Great service, great coffee, great place!! I highly recommend this place!!!
I absolutely love the service, the price, the drinks!! We waited two minutes tops and got delicious drinks! The prices were in a reasonable price range and to be honest I would pay more for it!! Love your coffee!!

The Rush is one of favorite coffee shops here in Sidney. The employees are kind and aren't snobby. The place has a lot of different types of drinks and has a good selection of milk alternatives. They have from coconut milk to even oat milk. The coffee tastes good too!

Seems like overtime to copy has been getting weaker. And they absolutely had way too much ice , when receiving iced coffee. There is barely no coffee.
