I go here loyally even if it’s on the opposite side of town where I live. Longer wait but they’re popular for a reason. They know my usual order but have recommended great options when I switch it up. At work or out in public the owner, daughters & the staff have always been friendly.

I usually have no issues at this coffee stop. This morning however my friends and I came to get our regular drinks. My drink wasn’t right (I’ve gotten it many times before and have had no previous complaints) and I went back and waited in line to have my drink corrected. The woman working was rude as soon as I pulled up and informed me my drink was correct and what I was ordered. We paid around $30 in drinks this morning and left a 15% tip. We won’t be back.

This place can be very busy. They are quite popular, and make very good drinks. I personally like there Chi Latte, and London Fog.

Customer service is a hit and miss. Coffee is alwaysHORRIBLE!!!!!!! I try to give them a chance because they are one of the only places in town but ALWAYS disappoint. Absolutely horrible… but I guess you can be really bad when you people have no other choice

Great coffee and amazing breakfast food. I highly recommend the breakfast burrito with zesty sauce. Line usually moves pretty quickly too.
