The staff at Bluff Town Mercantile and Coffee House is friendly and welcoming. They have a great atmosphere, and the barista/owner is great. The customer service is amazing, and the blonde is so friendly and will make anything you want. They have many flavors for coffee, and the coffees are fresh and never taste burnt.

However, one customer reported that they purchased some candy that expired in November 2022 and September 2021, which is completely unacceptable and possibly dangerous.

Best coffee in the Bluff! Chelsea is so nice and always remembers our favorites, lavender vanilla ice coffee and rose and vanilla frappe. I highly recommend giving this place a try it has a great atmosphere, great service and delicious coffee ☕️

THIS PLACE IS GOLDEN. Really though, so many choices! THE ALMOND JOY LATTE IS AMAZINGGGGG. They have ANYTHING to suit your fancy. Customer service is amazing, love the blonde shes so friendly and will make anything you want...This place is the ONLY place in this town with so many flavors for coffee... Plus they have more options if you aren't a coffee fan. I was a Starbucks addict but they blow starbucks out of the park. Coffees are fresh and never taste burnt. Support local!!! Drive thru makes it a plus too. Grateful for this place. Love and light many blessings to your business. 😇

02/04/23: We stopped in to kill some time waiting on tables for the restaurant next door. Nice atmosphere inside and very helpful lady working the counter. We didn't purchase any coffee or drinks, but we did purchase some candy. The Mallow Cups we purchased expired in November 2022 and the Hammonds Caramel Marshmallow Vanilla chews expired in SEPTEMBER 2021, 17 months after purchasing! This is completely unacceptable, and possibly dangerous selling food this far out of date.

My fiancée picked up some ground espresso for me as a surprise. The east coast blend. I have an espresso machine at home, pulled a double from this, was not pleased. It was so overwhelmingly bitter!

It's a great little spot for some coffee or tea and to also get a small snack or a gift for someone. Even your pet. They also have some cook rocks there that you can choose or geode rocks. It's a really sweet little shop.

This was a neat shop to bring the kids to. There were so many fun toys and candies to choose from. The owner was very welcoming and patient as I contemplated what drink I wanted lol I certainly recommend stopping by and taking a look! PS The Caramel Latte was delicious!
