Very good fried chicken and the tatir skins was amazing
Was very busy. The waitress was always checking on us. We had to wait awhile for our food, but it was very good.
The cherry pie I ordered from Rosie Jo's for Chris's birthday was awesome! Real cherries, we added cool whip and it help with the tartness. Best cherry 🍒 pie we have ever eaten. So much better than canned cherry pie filling!
Nice spaghetti special. . Our server was very attentive ..
I took my family here for Mother's Day 2023,they were busy, yes. I definitely would not recommend going to this place, especially if it is busy. There were five adults and two children who were 5 and 6 yrs old. The service was some of the poorest service, the floors were nasty, the waitress we had didn't know how to do her job very well.. We ordered appetizers, they were brought out to us, and they were good.. Then we ordered our food, it took quite a while "50 min" for our food to come out, the whole kicker is, the waitress wrote my granddaughter's meals down seppertly on a ticket, and she never turned their ticket in to be made, so all of us adults got our food, I had ask the waitress about my granddaughters food,, so turned out that she hadn't ev turned in the sepperate ticke she made for their food in yet.. For one, all the food was to be placed on one ticket, " I was paying. ".. By this time, we had been there for an hour, and we adults had gotten our food. They had only gotten a refill once, " That was only because I had to haller for the waitress." By this time, I was fuming, By the time my 2 granddaughter's food had gotten to the table, all of the adults' food was cold, " what adult eats before a child?"."None that I know, children eat first." $77.00 meal... What I can say is that the cooks do a wonderful job on the food, delicious...
I love your employees trying to tell me how to handle my service animal due to a customer who don’t know the laws. Much appreciated
The food was great!! It was our first time there. We will be going back!
Very good country diner/café. Sides like fried potatoes and brown beans. Specials like fried chicken, livers & gizzards, and catfish. And they have darned good pies, cobblers, crumbles, etc. Coffee is always fresh and they make good iced tea, too. Reasonable prices and servings big enough that you might need a take-home box for leftovers.
Ate here for the first time today it was so good. I had the Phillycheese steak sandwich with onion rings omg the sandwich was so good the meat was nice and tender and it was nice and chessy. With drinks and our food we spent alittle over 10 dollars a person. The prices where very reasonable I can see going back when over toward ozark
Was there for 45 minutes, didn't get my drinks until like 15-20 minutes in and never got my food. If I have to wait 45 minutes to get a small meal. I'll save time and stay home. They all seem like nice people but there's no reason for it to take 45 mins for a small order
Just went in there and set for 15 minutes with no waitress. A lady comes in Sits down they go run over there and get her order and I’m still sitting there. I haven’t even had a waitress came to my table at all! I just got up and walked out. This place is a joke.
Great service and food was fantastic. Will definitely be back.
All the staff were very friendly and willing to help regardless of who was supposed to be covering each section. However, the good experience for me ends there. Seat yourself to dirty tables, lipstick still on “clean” coffee cups, and long waits for simple orders. Given, they had a posting for a cook position, the seated experience was subpar. The carry-out orders seemed to be flowing right out the door, but those seated in the restaurant were waiting 45-60 minutes for a simple burger. This was probably the most frustrating part of the whole experience. Breakfast is also stopped at 11, which seems odd for a Sunday with the church crowd stumbling in around that time. I personally will likely not return to this establishment, but may have caught them on a bad day.
Main meals were good! Very busy but waitress kept up and was very cordial. Issue was our pie. Not tasty at all ( coconut cream & chocolate cream). Crust was tough as leather!! And the slices were extremely small! Never have I seen pie sliced that skimpy! At almost $4 a piece I would expect a normal slice. Trying to increase profit but that's poor business.
This restaurant has good food but the floors were filthy. Restroom needs update. They are always busy but need some extra attention on the conditions of the restaurant
Absolutely the best! Cute little country atmosphere, servers are super friendly, and the food is absolute heaven!!!!!
Has an old time feel, but this was the first time I had a bad service.. May take me a long time to get over.
The food was really great! And the price was very affordable.
Food & atmosphere great, but the service the last time we were there with friends was terrible. After finishing dinner, sat there for 30 mins. with dirty dishes in front of us to be cleared. No complimentary icecream was offered nor did our server ever even come back to our table even when motioned. Really wanted to try a piece of the delicious looking pies but couldn't get no ones attention for service. She did show up at the register as we were checking out looking over my shoulder to see how much of a tip I left her which was a big fat well deserved $0.00.
The food was good and you get a good portion for the price. The staff were endlessly pleasant, but the other customers make it quite unlikely we will return. Any restaurant that allows their staff to be treated so poorly by its customers isn't worth patronizing. Examples during our visit include a patron clapping at the waitresses while shouting "chop-chop" across the restaurant and a man shouting "We're working for tips, aren't we ladies?" We tipped extra and asked the overworked host to split it between her and the wait staff due to this treatment and they let us know they were "used to" such treatment which indicates an ongoing issue management refuses to address.
