A very unique spot with some great decor. Loved the flight theme. If there's any room for improvement, I'd say a better way to manage the crowds at the espresso bar would go a long way.

Enjoyed our tour on a Saturday with a great, energetic guide who explained all of the samples and took you on the nice, little joureny of the Roasterie. Probably even better during the week when they are roasting the coffee during the day, but we enjoyed all of the sample options with some foundational information to enjoy coffee even more. Nice cafe for a before or after treat and coffee.

Awesome experience doing the tour. Coffee was great. They have merch and a small amount t of lunch options. They make their own nitro cans.

27th near Southwest Blvd Local Cool Coffee Shop This is THE Kansas City coffee shop. The Kansas City Blend is legendary. Worth a visit and even a quick tour to taste the goods. A must see.

The tour is great and there are plenty samples included, which were great as well. The staff seemed to enjoy it there as well, which is a good sign!

We had the pleasure of taking a tour this morning and had the best tour guide, Boston. He was so knowledgeable and you could really tell he had a passion for coffee. We learned so much and really enjoyed the tastings. We took the same tour about 5 or 6 years ago, and enjoyed it enough to come back a second time and I’m so glad we did. Thank you, Boston!

Stopped in from Oklahoma City for work and had the pleasure of speaking with Anna, the manager at this location. Truly one of the kindest people I’ve met, with some of the best coffee out there. A few of the many reasons I’ll be back to this spot again!

I used to have a 5 star rating for The Roasterie. I'm in Denver and so have relied on shipments; I've been a customer for almost 8 years. Post-Covid The Roasterie has SIGNIFICANTLY raised shipping prices and don't seem to give one flipping care about subscribers anymore. $14 shipping to a neighboring state for a 2 lb bag? HAHAHAHA!!! The Roasterie has clearly decided to profit on shipping costs when everyone knows it doesn't cost $14 to ship a 2 lb package. Shame on you.

An exceptional tour. Our tour guide was fun, and created a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. His knowledge of the company, the coffee and the roasting process was educational and entertaining. While the tour was an hour and a half, the time flew right by, as they kept us well caffeinated. Ease into the day of your coffee drinking. The start of the tour is just a small sample, and then the end of the tour feels like a dash to the finish line; falling just short of an over caffeinated heart attack. The tour was started with a light roast and concluded with a comparison two coffees from Brazil. But wait, there was more… just when we thought the tour was over we were introduced to the Cold Brew section. Which was pitched as a sampling of 5 different types… but why did I have and taste what I thought was 7 different flavors? Well, as only what I’d call a social coffee drinker, I was well on my way to solving the worlds problems with all of the energy I had while exiting their doors. Needless to say, I was impressed by the quality, the tour, and most of all our tour guide. Toured at 10AM on Saturday Jan 14, 2023, and I was so hyped I missed our guides name. But simply tipping him wasn’t even and he deserves further praise. Here’s a shout out to him.

I was very surprised to get really mediocre coffee when I came here. The line was very long to get it and it was really expensive, much more than something like Starbucks or scooters. I love the aesthetic of The roastery and how it's a local company but the quality of the coffee is just not worth the price at all.

Friendly customer service and spacious seating. There’s also a parking lot and street parking options. Their seasonal drinks are yummy and their pastries are from Ibis Bakery.

Went down there hoping to find more variety and larger sizes. What we found was a dinky gift shop with a small selection, similar to the grocery store - no other size options - and they were charging $5 more a bag! What a let down.
