Their specialty lattes are unlike any I’ve ever had and unbelievably delicious. The owner and staff are invested in the community and have created a welcoming, fun space that I love visiting.
This is one of my favorite places in Kansas City. The specialty lattes are all amazing (I love the Paris by night and my girlfriend loves the hella ) I will always come back! The staff is lovely and the owner is such a big part of the community. It’s a place that you feel good going in and hate to leave
Adore this coffee shop! It’s beautiful inside. All the events and vendors the owner brings in are so cool too. I will say, I find most of the signature drinks to be a little bit too sweet when you order them straight off the menu, but the staff are super accommodating if I ask to make it a little less sweet. I always want to try everything. I wish I lived closer or I’d go more often!
Vietnamese coffee, matcha, and fun ingredients like sesame, madeline, or pandan syrup make these specialty drinks (coffee, teas, and non-caffeinated) a unique flavor profile worth trying. Vegan options, too! And don't forget the mochi style iced doughnuts - yum!
The Ube Latte & Ube muffin were absolutely fantastic and delicious. I wasn’t able to sit, sip and study as I planned because they were super busy when I arrived. I definitely recommend getting there early to secure your spot inside.:)

Such a warm and welcoming location. Such a nice vibe. I was able to get some great work done here. They have ample wall outlets. I'll come here again for sure! Update: Hella Good was hella good!
I thought this was a really great spot! Not too crowded when I went so they had a lot of options for seating. Staff was very friendly. I ordered their Paris by Night drink which was very interesting and tasty. I would definitely like to try more from their menu on future trips.
My partner and i (and sometimes our pup!) come here at LEAST once a week if not more!! The atmosphere is so welcoming and as someone who grew up Asian in Kansas City this is EXACTLY the type of place KC needed. the staff are so kind, the drinks are ALWAYS amazing and I just can’t say enough good things about this brick and mortar that Jackie and her staff have worked so hard to create!
I’ve lived in Kansas City for 6 years and have been to just about every coffee shop in the area many times over- this one is my favorite. They’re bringing something unique and new to the Kansas City coffee game!
Love this place, love Jackie and all the staff. I’m not a regular as they say, BUT, every time I go in there it feels like home and the vibe is so chill. They are more than just coffee folks! It’s been a joy and inspiring watching a coffee cart and idea, turn into a brick and mortar.
A customer dropped a product with a loud clatter and said “I didn’t break it!” And a staff member replied “it’s ok if you did - this is a safe space” 🥹 My favorite coffee shop in town. Unique drinks and wonderful atmosphere.
The vibe and the coffee is delicious! It’s also a good spot for vegan snacks from local fave Mattie’s. The 2 star review is because of they offer a 75 ¢ discount on any lattes/cappuccinos that also support animal abuse. While serving milk that cows naturally produce for their young as a refreshment is unfortunately a toxic cultural norm, incentivizing their abuse for a cappuccino is downright cruel. Hope this place will join other local cafes like Blip Roasters in ending cruel customer incentives like this. Fortunately, after asking carefully the baristas didn’t charge me the full price and gave me the same discount cow milk drinkers receive. Hope they make a more permanent solution that helps customers, the environment, and our gentle friends surviving horrors on dairy farms.
“Putting the culture in coffee culture” describes them well. Love to see Vietnamese approach with very different drinks then traditional coffee. Hot pandan latte was very good.
This place is amazing. Our drinks were made quickly and they were delicious. The entire place seems super inclusive. Will definitely be back
LOVE this place and its message! The customer service and atmosphere are immaculate. Great place to chill with company or study. However, seating can be very limited. Our personal favorites are the Hella Good and Mailman.

This place is amazing; we went yesterday with my sister, the people were super friendly, the place is super cool and full of color and flavors; the coffee was AMAZING!!! Different and original flavors, and you can make them as strong and less sweet as you want, and they’re super nice about it…. And they have coffee for sale, we bought some we trying at home, and it was DELICIOUS!!! Definitely will be our new spot for coffee!!! You have to try it!!! Thanks 🧡
