I've been a loyal customer, I've gone through 7 loyalty cards. Went to the drive-thru at 10:10 am Sunday 5/21. Large Head Rush, small hot chocolate, and med caramel headrush with almond milk. It took 14 minutes to get to the window (2 cars ahead of me). When I got to the window the young man was obviously under the influence of something. My order was wrong. Long story short it took 3 tries and over 15 minutes to get my order. I got home, and it was still incorrect. I called and asked to speak to the manager because my drinks were wrong and the person on the phone said "So". He wouldn't get the manager and said I had been rude and he wasn't going to deal with "disparaging comments" and I would have to call back and speak to someone else.

I don't drink coffee personally, but their tea game is on point.

Always impeccable service. I moved away from Kansas City several years ago, but I always make as many Headrush stops as possible when I am in town.

Love this place!!! The people are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Unlike other places, they have a TON of sugar-free flavors. I got a latte with sugar-free Irish Cream and it was delicious!!! Also got a fresh croissant that was buttery and flakey like it is supposed to be. Yum! The last (and first) time I drove thru at Head Rush, they made a leaf design on the top of my latte that was so pretty! It was the first time I've ever had a fancy design on a latte. The barista made sure to show me before she put the lid on. She made me feel so special! I can't wait to go back. We need one of these places in Parkville!

It was got outside and wanted hot cocoa. I ordered it and was blown away. It was sooo creamy and had the right amount of coca.

When in KC, this is the place for tea!!!! Jasmine green tea brewed properly at the right temp…a rarity at most coffee places! Delish!!!!!

Normally their coffee is pretty good, but the last few times it hasn't been. The first time I ordered an Iced Caramel rush and it is usually my favorite. They took especially long (15 minutes at the window for 1 drink) and then it was messy, they didn't give napkins or say sorry for the wait and it tasted much weaker than usual. This morning I ordered a regular coffee and it was so watered down I can't even drink it. Not sure what's going on with this place, used to be one of the best in the area.

Headrush is a gem! They have great coffee & their potato burrito was super good too. Staff was super friendly as well. Literally sat here for over an hour playing a game of scrabble with the kids. An owner (I think) even bought us some muffins while we played. Such a nice place & one we will frequent.

10/10 Do NOT Recommend! Worst service I’ve ever received at a coffee shop from waiting in the drive thru for over 30 min to the lady at the window being short and rude. Totally uncalled for will be taking my business elsewhere only went here because it was family owned guess I’ll give my money to another corporation..

How did I miss this café?!?! So good. It is a perfect place to sit and enjoy conversation over a delicious cup of coffee. I personally got the carmel mocha, and my friend got the Americana.. she loved it. The staff was so friendly and it was a very nice time.

Great coffee/tea shop with a lovely atmosphere. They roast beans on site and have a large selection of loose leaf tea. For first timers, I would recommend the Sunset Rush or the Head Rush

I have tried a few lattes from Headrush through their drive through and always had a good experience, tasty flavors and a well made latte. Today I went inside to check out the shop! They roast their own beans which they sell with cool packaging. They seem to have a large tea selection that I wish was featured on the menu! The baristas were friendly and latte and pastries were delicious :)

Can't support a local coffee shop that treats their employees poorly.

I came in to grab something quickly before moving on to work from home but the vibe was so excellent so I decided to stay for the afternoon and work here! Not too loud, lovely plants and art all around, great coffee, sweet baristas. I had an almond croissant the size of my FACE and one of the holiday-flavored drinks (vanilla coriander latte) and they were great. I also bought a couple ounces of loose-leaf tea at gifts for some friends. Will definitely be back to work/create.
