I'm not much of a coffee aficionado (and let's face it, those people are annoying), but I do enjoy the coffee-based caffeine boosts that Caribou Coffee offers. Employees were attentive and friendly. Coffee was as expected. Interior and exterior were clean and well-maintained.

Store is STILL so Filthy Inside, First thing in the morning! Wonderful employees just which they would take a little bit more time and Not Rush in making the coffee so it comes out Better. The inside of the store could be cleaner, always tons of trash under coffee machine while I'm waiting for my cup. Dogs should NOT be allowed in store, no matter the size and I've seen a roach in the past crawling on the carpet in the sitting area by the fire place. I've been traveling for a while now about 15 mins further out to Another Caribou location to get my coffee about 5:30 am , and so far so good.

Such is the way of covid that this establishment is left with a revolving door of employees who clearly haven't a care in the world, especially in regards to their job. A 2* for atmosphere as Caribou as a chain seems to have good bones, but good bones don't make up for a terrible personality.

I was getting a couple drinks for my mom and myself and the people at this location were very friendly and made me feel good about coming there. Somehow I had 2-3 people ahead of me waiting for their orders and they just breezed through them so quickly, I got my couple of drinks within about a couple minutes! (They also had a packed drive thru, so I was really impressed with their speed.) The frappes were very excellent!

I really think Caribou has a great product and really like them. Today is the 3rd time I have gone through the drive thru and have had a bad experience. Purple tea is not black tea and I got home before I realized my order was very wrong. So down the drain it went along with my hard earned money. Time before that they missed the creamer, and before that they missed the flavoring in my coffee. So strike 3! and since this group closes now at 1pm I am wondering what is really going on. So Caribou, get it together and step up or you won't be here in business much longer. From now on I guess I will have to come in to get my order, that way as I add my creamer I can verify what I ordered. Inconvenient but at least I don't waste my dollars. And to think I also left a 1.00 tip, ha.

Horribly inefficient and trash customer service. I was at the drive thru window for nearly 20 minutes waiting for just 2 sandwiches. The girl working the window who looked lost in the sauce didn't come to say there's going to be a delay in receiving your food or pull around and we'll bring it out/or pull around and come in and get it, which I would have been fine with. When I told told Ms. Lost in The Sauce how inefficient they were should gave me a thumbs up, haha. Super professional!

Do not waste your time. Awful! Ordered a latte and a bagel sandwich. Sat there for 45 minutes waiting for it. They kept telling me that I was next, my sandwich was next. My sisters order was messed up. Their excuse was “we’re between managers” they couldn’t refund me and never got my sandwich.
