They Open Much Later Now and it is Awfully Disappointing! However; I can not say Enough good things about the Wonderful, Efficient ladies that run this store. OMG ...I appreciate the time they take to get up every morning. You make my day!!!! Thank you ! Thank you! Thank you! I drive about 30 mins out of my way and it's worth Every Single Mile !!!!! Never open when it says they should be open. Coffee is always terrible. The Liberty Caribou is so much better. Go there instead.

I don't understand how two branches can be so different... 64th St. has a great iced hot chocolate, and here it's tasteless...

This little coffee shop has a great vibe to it. I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks, I don't think they're coffee is all that great, and I would choose a caribou coffee any day given the option. This is conveniently located right next to the gas station and in the parking lot as Hy-Vee I love the decor here. It has two large skylights that allow a lot of natural light and give the entire place a light airy feel. There are comfortable chairs and a lot of homie items that make this feel less like a chain and more like a local shop. They have plenty of options as far as coffee and drinks. I've had both their lattes and their iced tea and would recommend both. The staff are very friendly as well. You can tell that they put thought into their hiring because they just seem like they're happier in general. They do have some snacks like Starbucks does. Unfortunately nothing here is homemade but that's the same for most places. The Hy-Vee snack shop is right next door so there are your usual convenience store options. I would highly recommend stopping at this coffee shop for coffee or beverages. It's definitely a step above Starbucks.

I prefer this espresso to any of the chain options. Also, they’re mug/tumbler selection is really cool. This is a shared space with the HyVee gas station next door so it doesn’t have quite as cozy a feel inside as some others, that’s the only thing keeping from 5 stars imo.

This place could be a sweet coffee shop but it just felt weird. Girls working behind the counter couldn't have cared less if I liked my coffee or not. Coffee was okay, just the whole shop had a bad vibe. Yes, I know that sounds silly, sorry.

My favorite coffee chain. The staff is always friendly and they always give my dog a treat! Please don’t ever change to a Starbucks. Caribou coffee is so much better!

Idk how they're still open they're forcing employees to work with covid. The poor girl was coughing all over my coffee. So I asked. She says she's been sick with covid. With positive tests but was being threatened to be fired if she didn't come in. Very sad!

This location needs to train their employees by the Carabou on 64th street. This one never asks for my perks number, and they act as if I'm asking for something special when I remind them. Just now, they didn't ask again, and when I said something, they said they would take the number when I got to the window(drive thru), then they didn't take it, and when I said something, I got a fisheye'd stare. So, I got an overpriced coffee, not hot, had to heat it up in a microwave, and didn't get credit on perks. I'd quit Carabou if I didn't get excellent service at the 64th st location. I've never had a sub par experience at 64th st, so I'll just drive a little farther. Not going back to the one off Barry by HyVee until more effort is put into customer service. I can get better coffee and less aggravation, not to mention cheaper in the gas station self serve.
