Dutch bros is amazing the people are always so nice and genuine. They are always doing their best to be as fast as possible! I love it there so much! It makes me wanna work there but I don’t think I could ever be as friendly as the employees!
This is my absolute favorite spot to grab a quick cold brew to go. I will never drink water again, only cold brew.

Sage helped me at the window, amazing service! Very charismatic and had a great time talking while waiting for my drinks. Sage provided the best service I had ever had at Dutch bros before, will go again!!!
Even though this place is super busy, they manage the crowds very well! They have tons of unique drink options and the staff seem really happy to be there!

Haven't enjoyed Dutch Bros since we lived in California about 5 years ago now. Drove two hours from Jeff City to KC just for Dutch Bros. We ended up spending most of our day in KC and got a second round of drinks for the ride back home. They were even nice enough to make me a Dream Weaver iced coffee (minus the ice) that I could bring home, put in the fridge and add my own ice to it tomorrow morning. Oh how I miss Dutch Bros. Atmosphere rated so low because of another customer who thought I was taking video of them and/or the girls working and was so offended or whatever that the police apparently were called. One of the employees shared that with me, I told her I was doing no such thing. She advised that we should just leave to avoid talking to the police. Glad she told us but that guy needs to get over himself.
I always saw a line of cars whenever I'd drive by, so thought I'd give it a try, but I went early on a Sunday to beat the crowd. Oh my! This was delicious! The staff were extremely friendly (even so early in the morning!)... the wait time exceptional, AND... They filled my drink to the rim! Who would of thought?! Other coffee places (ahem) I go to only fill my cup about 3/4 full. I guess since I don't normally get the whipped cream, they choose not to make up that difference with the drink! Anyway, if you haven't tried this location of Dutch Bros, give it a shot. I'm sure you'll be just as pleased as I was!

Decided to give Dutch Bros a try and I was not disappointed. I paid $8 for two drinks (med coffee and kids drink)! At other coffee shops, you can only get one drink for that price! The young lady(didn’t get her name) who took my order at the window was super friendly and welcoming. She definitely made my first visit much more pleasant and seemed knowledgeable about menu items and gave great drink suggestions based upon my preference. Considering the type of ordering system they have It looks like they don’t actually have a drive through speaker, you order at the window or they have someone come to your car. I probably would not come here if I were in a rush as it did take a few minutes to get my drinks. Love that they have kid options and other beverages. Will definitely return to try something different!
I go to this location twice a week in between my classes. Usually I get there at 9 am and i’m able to get back to campus at 9:15. That was not the case today. I got there at 9 am and proceeded to wait in line for 30 minutes and didn’t get back to campus until 9:45. There is no reason I should be waiting 30 minutes for one drink. When they first opened they were great and they are starting to go down hill really fast.

The employees were very nice, but the drive thru took foreverrr considering there were only a few cars. They weren't allowing anyone inside. Coffee was just okay.

Love the americanos here but if I go here I'm guaranteed to be late for work. EVERY SINGLE TIME. 20 MINUTES MIN TO GET A COFFEE . SUPER FRUSTRATING.
Speedy and cordial service. Excellent drinks and a vast menu. Coffee lovers and non-coffee lovers can something they'll enjoy! Wonderful establishment
