Insanely slow even at times when there is no one at the store. Employees would rather have petty conversations and ignore orders and customers than do the job they're paid for.

DOOR DASHERS NIGHTMARE! IF YOU ORDER ON LINE OR THRU DOORDASH, YOU AS A CUSTOMER, THEY DO NOT CARE! YOUR ORDER WILL SIT BEHIND THE COUNTER AND WILL NOT BE BROUGHT OUT UNLESS YOU REPEATEDLY GO TO THE COUNTER AND DEMAND IT
Brandi was absolutely amazing, she truly went above and beyond for myself and my kids. She traveled all the way to my home after just the slightest mishap. She handled everything so professionally. We will be back tomorrow, due to our experience tonight.
Chips are hard. Miss the ham and Swiss sandwich. Added too many choices. May not go back. Disappointed.
This place NEEDS MANAGEMENT!!!! 5 customers in the entire place, not busy whatsoever, at least 10 people working, still a 20 min wait for a latte, a bagel, and egg, bacon and cheese sandwich.
If we are going to spend $7 on a kids meal and they don’t have the appropriate bread for the sandwich, I would appreciate it if they changed the price. The bread is so much smaller and the quality isn’t as great. The prices are insanely unreasonable.
Went in for a few bagels and ended up with 13 for cheaper than the 6 I originally went there to get because on Tuesday there's a sale on bagels. I don't go here often because it's not really a thing I like to eat but I have found a couple of things I like there and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful so I will be going there again soon
The last couple tines I have been to this location the staff has been amazing. I forgot to order my sandwich without condiments on it they remade it without. I also did an online order in the past but wasn't actually for the festus location didn't know till I arrived but the manager on duty thst day just made it for me anyways and since I already paid they just took care of it.

Amazing service! On the long way from Houston to Chicago we stopped for short brake and truly enjoyed fresh and tasty sandwiches and salad! Thank you!
Popped in about 8 am for a quick bite on a road trip. Good but 2 out of 5 coffee urns were empty (most importantly the dark roast). Probably atypical based on other reviews but this was my experience.
Needs to replace my pick 2 and bagels and creme cheese and needs to replace 2 pastry and 2 large drinks
Festus is so lucky to have a Bread Co cafe that offers high quality and consistency! I am house-sitting in their delivery area, so placed an order through the app. (Pro-tip: place your order through the Panera app, not DoorDash, so your rewards account connects.) My food arrived within 30 minutes: Fresh, Hot, and Accurate! I'd say the value was right on par with what I paid. The Green Goddess Melt was perfect and it seemed like I tasted each ingredient in every bite. While this may not seem remarkable, I feel like some places you order a sandwich and don't get an equal flavor profile. Panera, this is a great location! Keep it up.
The sandwiches we ordered were good. The table dining room were somewhat dirty.
Staff are really nice. They ran out of the baguette toward the end of the night but were very accommodating. Food tasted great. Fresh and hot.
Always good food and with “fast” food getting more expensive, why not go for better quality and quantity.
Nice restaurant, they have registers now where you can just place your order without waiting n line. Parking is not the greatest.
Very disappointed with my sandwich I ordered togo. I ordered a whole tuna salad sandwich. The amount of tuna salad was very small. Most bites could not taste any tuna, just a lot of bread and lettuce. Live too far away to return the order. My wife and I normally eat at Bread Co at least twice a week. Will probably not order this sandwich again.. Ordered again, Sierra Turkey, very disappointed. Lots and lots of bread and very little turkey. Definitely was not worth the $10.00.—-Not going back.
