We ordered 2 coffees and food. We enjoyed it. The coffee was very smooth. The muffin delicious. Was not a fan of the spinach pastry but that may just be my preference. But the sausage biscuit was good.
Great atmosphere and a ton of options to get your day started. I usually get dark roasted coffee or a cold brew and they are always great. They have tons of different flavors, food options and now loaded teas. Would definitely recommend.
I've never been here before, but I would rank this as number one above all other coffee shops. Customer service was awesome!

Pastries weren't all that. The coffee drink wasn't it at all. The service was beyond excellent though. First time trying this place. I'll stick to my original spot. Whomever is over customer service should contract their trainer to other establishments.
We will not be coming back here! We were the only people there so not busy. We ordered two lattes and a coffee cake. We waited at least 30 minutes for one of the lattes and asked about it twice. After the first ask, he said he was still working on it, but he never made it. So we asked for a refund and the waiter said he didn't put it in the order, and claimed we didn't pay. Well, after showing the paid receipt, he still said it wasn't put in the order. At this point I'm very confused as to why he was near arguing with me about the order. He finally refunded it. The coffee cake and coffee is good but service is very slow. Obviously more training and better management is needed here for this place to succeed.
Love the coffee. Had no wait today. Love that y’all were able to adapt to y’all’s early struggles. I had to wait a bit the first few times I came, but y’all seem to have hired more baristas. Definitely recommending to others.
The blueberry and orange cranberry scones were awesome!
My favorite coffee of all time, and this location is beautiful inside. My only gripe is that I hate being hassled for a tip at the register. The awkwardness of a cashier flipping the screen around and watching me select the ‘no tip’ option is aggravating. If I decide to tip, it would be after the service is complete, not before. And if you watch me fill out the screen in order to compel me to tip you, then you will certainly not get a tip at all. Aside from that, the flavor of this coffee is amazing and the overall experience, top notch.
Such a great atmosphere and they offer so much! The owner was awesome to meet and made for a great meet and greet event. Definitely worth checking out!
If I’m going through the drive thru, I don’t want to tip I just want to get my coffee and leave, I don’t understand why this is a thing now. Please only ask if I walk in. I don’t want to be handed a clipboard. Also I asked for cold foam on a drink that people usually don’t get cold foam on, I didn’t understand why that was a problem. And he stated that people usually don’t get that. But I didn’t understand why he needed to tell me. I just want my coffee.
Good food, sweet deserts, friendly staff, I don’t drink coffee but it was a nice place to go to!
Idk how you're a barista but can't make standard drinks. This is the only PJ'S location that makes horrible drinks and has mediocre customer service
Location on Old Canton Rd is 10x better.
My sons & I recently visited PJ's on a roadtrip. The store was very clean, coffees hot and beignets were amazing. We'll be back!

The product is quality and the staff even more so. Their classic granita and beignets are always top notch and I've never had a poor customer service experience.

Great place to have tasty coffee and pastries! They have delicious beignets that come out still warm! Indoor sitting is comfortable if you’re looking for a place to work or just hang out. Staff is very friendly! Highly recommend!
