They remade my drink to make it extra hot, so that was nice. Great customer service and the BEST BEST Chai Tea Lattes with Cinnamon!
Caribou is my favorite coffee
This is my favorite hangout to get out of the house, grab a hot tea, settle into a comfortable chair or couch seat, and do some work on the laptop.
This location has good seating but drinks with espresso often taste a little burned.
Always good coffee. My go to is the mint condition.
I always enjoy been in this location specially the cozy space they have in the back corner. It's little too cold but overall nice experience.
Staff are super nice, service is fast, and there is a lot of seating in the store. Brueggers is connected, and those bagels are amazing, so what I usually do is grab a bagel and coffee and eat it in Caribou. This is the perfect study spot and I can’t ask for more!
Needs to mix the sugar in some of their drinks but otherwise really good!
Nice and quiet place to enjoy coffee while working, writing, reading, or doing anything really. Staff is super nice and they have trivia questions everyday. The coffee is great and the bakery items are too. Best chain in the state.

This was the second time this week, at a different Caribou, where we realized that Caribou (knowingly and intentionally) overcharges for one shot of chocolate (which is my husband's preference). We were told that they would charge us for two shots of chocolate, even though my husband insisted he only wanted one small shot of chocolate. The employee claimed that there was only button for two shots, but not one for one shot, so we must pay for more than we are getting. This is highly unprofessional and frankly highly unethical. Do better Caribou! We have been loyal customers for years, but this is enough for us to find a new coffee shop, where we are not overcharged.
One of the best coffee shops I've been to. Friendly staff and I appreciate how they know my husband and I from our order.That caramel high rise hot or cold hits everytime!
