Best mochas ever! The sandwiches are a little dry.
Always love my turtle mocha coolers. Like the new just egg sandwich. Please get bigger as in wider straws for ice chunks and choco chunks getting stuck on bottom of straws when trying to drink using the straw given.
Blonde male employee is very rude and inattentive. Literally stared at the door the entire time I was trying to order so he could quote “yell ‘get out’ to Caroline when she comes” as he said to the other employee. Honestly it’s basic human decency to at least pretend to care about the person trying to talk to you.
The employee didn't ask if I was a perks member. The Chai tea latte was very good. It was a nice place for a group of us to sit for conversation.
Awesome service let me know the new hours of the maplewood store and this store. Let me know about the app. Very quick.

Good Caribou, but just a heads up, it can be hard to spot and getting in is a little bit of a challenge. It does have plenty of seating, which is nice
I haven't been here since this current remodel. I actually cried a little because it reminded me of my childhood, and all the people I miss so dearly. All the happy happy times. The song remembers when, and apparently old fashioned chairs, do, too. With the fireplace in the middle, it also reminds me of the old Country Kitchen restaurants. It has the new and the old in this remodel. The staff is very kind and attentive and are good listeners.
The staff at this location has always been friendly and quick. My only criticism is that they do not fill the drink cups up anywhere near the top. I get a large iced crafted press about twice a week. By the time the foam and froth settles, the cup is barely 2/3 full. I haven't had this problem at other caribou locations. I am likely going to try a different location in hopes that I can get the most of what I pay for.
Ok I hate to do this, but this happens to me like 1 x month at this location. I pay for a large and this is what they give me. Very frustrating.
Hit coffee choice was delicious & poppy seed bread was not.
They always make my drink wrong, even when I order ahead and literally spell it out.
Some locations are always a hit or miss, sometimes the coffee taste too watered down etc… but this one is always on point, taste the same everytime and hits the right spot! the only thing negative is the wait is LONG compared to other locations..
Comfortable, relaxing environment. Went there to meet up with an old friend. Over all experience was pleasantly rewarding. Looking forward to going back to frequent this establishment.
I always use the drive-thru here, but it's always quick service even if there is a line of cars. The location is a bit difficult to get to, but I still love the coffee from here and I'm willing to go here over the Starbucks which is just across the street.
Good coffee, but they forgot to make our breakfast sammies while making our drinks so it took quite a long time.
They were pretty busy, but took almost 30 minutes to get coffee..
always underpoured....I havent even taken 1 sip...
