Great little coffee shop! Just wish their gluten free options were in stock more often. Their gluten free breakfast sandwiches are absolutely delicious but they rarely have them available.
I went through the drive thru today and got home to see my bagel was completely burnt. That's sad a worker thought that was okay to give someone. You would have literally saw it when you were putting on the cream cheese. If this was a restaurant there's so no way they would send that out.
Quick, tasty, friendly, clean! Not much else needed to be said.
I really like this location. The customer service is great and the staff is very friendly which is always appreciated.
Granted...we went on Thanksgiving morning. I have never had a bad Caribou coffee until this time. I think that everyone wanted to be at home rather than following recipes for a coffee drink.

Love Caribou so much! Their Nitro High Rise is amazing and I'm getting it every time I go.
Unfortunately - keeps going downhill. Coffee's are rarely ever filled all the way - usually 3/4 or less. The last two times I got a bagel with cream cheese they had next to nothing on it - so skimpy and cheap. Waist of time and money. Being that there are many good coffee options in the area, it is easy for me to walk away from here and go to Mocha Monkey where at least my drinks are full and orders are correct. Caribou has never been my "go-to", but now it is my "never go-to".
Always a great staff. Yes a hot coffee that's like no other, and always friendly people. Thank you for making a random individual day greater . Keep up the great work. Been going to this location for a year. As someone who analyzes and observes things other don't. The welcoming presence and always normal interactions make its complete
Every Sunday morning me and my wife go here for breakfast! Best coffee and bagel sandwiches ever!
They go too fast for their own good. Chunks of ice in my cooler everytime.
We just moved so I had to find a new place to get coffee. This one has a drive through, the coffee was delicious, and the baristas were quick and friendly. All around a good place to get some caffeine in the morning!
This Caribou location is great. The staff is friendly. The coffees and teas are always some of the better that I've had from Caribou.
Apparently a large coffee is actually a medium poured into a large cup.
Normally a great location. We visit this location often. This time was very poorly handled. I brought my entire family out for caribou and a movie on Saturday. I got in line with 2 cars before me. I wait my turn and noticed a sign posted on the speaker saying closed at 2pm. It was 2:04, but they took the 2 orders ahead of me after 2pm. No one was in line behind us. I get the shorter hours with the "labor shortage", but come on. I know eventually they have to cut it off when people keep lining up. But we were the last car there. I know they can see that on the camera. It's not just the 5+ minutes we waited in line, it's the 30 minutes we left early to come there so we would have time to finish our drinks before the movie. Just very disappointing in how it was done.
Something changed? Employee-customer raio 1:1 yet order for a black coffee took over 5 min.
I have been going to Caribou Coffee for years and still enjoying their beverages. Their customer service is always nice.
A little slow I'm the d I've thru this time. But they accomodated an 'at the window's addition even though they were busy!!
Customer service is horrible, drive through line is way too long and my drinks are usually done wrong. You’re better off going to mackentuns caribou so much better!
