I used to love Bean. I’m not sure what happened to the quality of food but it is not worth the price now. Coffee is still great quality- 5 stars...Service is friendly. I know it is hard to keep staff, and I want to support local businesses when in town- it gets hard when the quality of what you’re paying for isn’t passable. 😞

Very rude, talked with a tone and rolled eyes, good food, good drinks, mid service

Coffee was very good. Issue I had was that no receipt was given with order, then when things were completed they there set on a tray, but not together. It turned into a free for all and no confirmation that people got what they ordered or paid for. One solution would be to have ticket number and call tickets instead of the coffee name etc.

I can't not stop here anytime I'm in TRF. Their hot Dirty Chai is *perfection* Food is good too! Bacon bagel is my jam. It can be a pricey stop but I'm never, ever disappointed.

While the service was good, I was sorely disappointed. I could hardly taste the difference between the hot Peppermint mocha I ordered & the hot Moosetracks -and they are two very different drinks. The cheese sauce on the Mac & cheese was all bubbly like it had just come out of the microwave & if there was honey sauce I couldn't taste it. I felt like asking for my money back but I know that it wouldn't happen. I wish this was the first time that's happened but it isn't. I keep coming back because I want to support local business but I'm tired of spending money on food & drinks that aren't what they used to be.

I frequent the wired bean. I order coffee twice a week usually, and buy drinks for my coworkers. I order the same drink every single time and wether I use door dash or go to the store and physically order it seems to be quite difficult for the workers to add in oat milk and the other additions that I PAID FOR. I have called the store and let them know about this and it continues. I’m disappointed and unsatisfied because despite my patience and and multiple times calling about a drink that I paid almost $9 for I’m unable to drink it.

Great food, great coffee. The guy who took my order was great. But the woman who was working was very rude.

I played myself. I keep giving this place a chance and that's on me. It has severely declined in quality the past few years. I want to support small businesses during these trying times but it's difficult when they can't provide you a clean table. And +$14 for a gluten-free sandwich and A BAG of chips?? The 40 mins I was here there were more teenagers on staff then there were customers in total. Also they delete their negative reviews on Facebook. Next time I'm in town I will just buy two loaves of gluten-free bread for what I spent here today and save myself The disappointment 🤙

Nice small breakfast spot very comfortable and clean. The only would have been nice if they filled my coffee to the top it was half way full. But other than that all was very tasty.

I always looked forward to coming here when I’m in TRF. Their drinks are good and I really liked their food. But today I paid $10 for a small sandwich that they no longer serve with a side of chips or a pickle. A lot of money for a tiny amount of food- stick to getting a drink
