It took like 10 minutes for him to take my order. Then it took another 20 minutes to get the person infront of me and my orders to be done. I ordered 2 large coffees. I got a large and a medium. I did not go back through I just wanted to go home and to wait another 10-15 minutes on top of the time I waited for it. For a coffee? No thanks.

Hours are 6am-8pm. Went here at 12:45, and they were closed with an "on break" sign. Came back at 1:11pm, still "on break" asked the Hugo's customer service lady and she laughed and said sometimes they're gone for 14 minutes, sometimes an hour... came back an hour later. Still closed, still have the "on break" sign up. What a joke

Went there at 7pm tonight and they were telling me they were closed and the website and google both said that they were open until 8pm. Poor customer service not to have a sign that states they close and even the sign where they have it said 8pm. I was told "they were trying to close early tonight" If that's the case then they need to have a sorry we're closed sign in the front of their store so someone isn't standing there waiting to order. I won't be back unless they do better with customer service.

Caribou coffee is located inside Hugos. It's nice to get a cup of coffee to warm up while you shop. They have some great flavors and other drink options if you don't like coffee. The barista behind the counter is really nice, too.

I was in town for a hockey tournament. I always go to Caribou back home I know my favorite drink but I had my husband with me he wanted a tea I asked the lady what type of tea do you have, she repiled "I dont know that's a good question" she just stood there looking at me through the drity plastic glass. No sleeve for the hot drinks or skim milk. Not impressed.
