Consistently great coffee. The pour overs are always amazing. Very nice and knowledgeable people, and great space to hang out too.

SK coffee has a very friendly staff with solid coffee. It has a modern American cafe atmosphere. The shop has places for working and studying. To be honest, I'm surprised it isn't a little more busy- it might just be the time of day. Right now it very much has a slow paced, Saturday afternoon vibe.

I wouldn't tell you to go there!! That's all I can say. Nice people, not my cup of coffee!

An awesome cafe with some amazing coffee! The space is really cool, the staff are friendly, and the coffee tastes great. They'll even give you a tour of where they roast their coffee if you email in advance - Sam gives a thorough and entertaining explanation of the process. If you're looking for a neat coffee shop to visit, this is the place.

I like this place. I was a bit confused trying to find it, because there isn't much signage and I am unfamiliar with the area. Its very asthetically pleasing, and the coffee and pastries are delicious. I want to come back when it's nice outside and take advantage of the beautiful outdoor space. Staff was nice and welcoming as well.

Fun coffee shop in a warehouse in St Paul. I wasn’t expecting it to be in the lobby of the warehouse so it didn’t have the coziest feel but there were plants everywhere and it was calm and there were enough tables and chairs to work at for everyone! And a wall of plug ins and free wifi. The miel (honey latte) was so good and smooth and they didn’t charge extra for oat milk. They also had pastry options and sell bags of coffee. It’s right across from Lake Monster Brewing company so you can head over there for a drink after! And there was a Thai food truck outside when I was there on a Tuesday evening.

It's a hidden gem in a gorgeous warehouse building! I had no idea the building was renovated because there's no signs on the exit from 94, but there's a big parking lot off the street shared by Lake Monster brewing. Huge windows with lots of light and plants everywhere. It's just in the lobby to the building so it's very open with two big tables and a counter with plug ins to work at. Most spots were filled from 10am-noon. Even with no walls, it's very quiet and peaceful. The wifi signal was strong and great for working there. The miel was incredible and oat milk was no upcharge. They had a limited coffee menu with a spiced latte as the only syrup option that I saw. The barista was super nice. There was a pastry case with a few options that looked amazing. It's very pricey for a coffee but it's a cool shop to try!

I like to stop by SK Coffee whenever I'm traveling through the Msp/St. Paul area. It's got a chill vibe that's great for both getting some work done while I'm on the go, or meeting up for a chat with friends. The real draw for me is the thoughtful approach SK Coffee puts into coffee, whether it's brewing, sourcing, or presentation, you can tell that quality is their real passion.

Good classic coffees and teas. It's what I'd call a "destination coffee shop" Not the local shop that you'd drive by or walk to. Nothing wrong with that. Dogwood in NE is similar. A place you go to and hang out. Tucked in the Vandalia Tower complex. Only signage on the Street is a little coffee sign. So you have to really want to go to SK to find it. Good classic coffees and teas, not a lot of foofoo stuff. And they are roasters and that is usually a good omen. Big, airy, industrial interior. Parking lot was packed in the morning, and there are a lot of other businesses in this complex. Good place for coffee and to hang out.

This is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. It’s a small menu but the coffee is superb and the beans are roasted onsite! I had many questions about coffee and roasting techniques and Sam answered all of them! The uptown location is also good too but this spot has a large parking lot which I prefer and there are many neat art installations inside. Definitely worth a stop.

SK keeps making some of the most interesting and delicious coffee roasts and blends I can find in the Twin Cities. Good service and recommendations in a hip atmosphere. The pour over is the best for flavor. The team directly works with partner farms in Latin America for sustainable livelihoods and one-of-a-kind flavors.

Very fun to go to the coffee bar where their roastery is. Do yourself a favor and hang out at the bar, get a pour over, and wait for their owner/roaster Sam to come out and just deluge you with random samples. Super fun!

Exquisite specialty grade coffees sourced and prepared by a talented roaster! Every cup we've had, from both locations, has been excellent!! They also have a nice variety of pastries, and the vibe is relaxed and welcoming. If you're looking for a spot to relax and enjoy an excellent cup of coffee, or just pick up some beans for home and a cup of goodness to go, this is it! Q-grader approved😁!!!

SK Coffee is a hidden gem. It's been on our list to try for awhile now and we finally visited to find that it was even better than we expected. When it comes to coffee, I'm pretty straightforward. Give me a bold dark roast with a splash of almond milk and I'm a happy camper. I thought their coffee was excellent, but the ambiance of the space and the building really makes SK Coffee a standout in my book. SK Coffee is located in the Vandalia Tower in Saint Paul and the main floor is open, airy and spacious. Not to mention all of the beautiful, tropical plants and greenery surrounding the coffee bar! If you're not familiar, Vandalia Tower is a former King Koil mattress factory and the industrial vibe is still strong throughout the building, now with a mix of modern artwork and installations. The founder/head roaster of SK, Sam, was behind the bar that day and he was very knowledgable and fun to talk with. Highly recommended and while you're in the area you can visit Lake Monster Brewing and North Made Co after enjoying your SK coffee!

Went for the first time this weekend and it was a great place to meet a friend. Enough bustle and noise that it didn't feel like we were the only people talking in a quiet library. Lots of seating. Bright sunlight through the windows. REALLY good pastries. And nice baristas! I've spent a lot of time at Lake Monster but hadn't checked out SK Coffee yet. A great addition to a little St. Paul corner that feels like a hidden secret.
