The cashier who was working this morning on 2/13, Lori,was phenomenal! Upon entry she greeted us very kindly with a very big "Hello how can I help you this morning?! She was so helpful & patient with deciding on our drink selections & each time we approached the counter to order additional items she was always so nice and helpful! The Barista who made our malted mocha coolers did a excellent job as well! Very nice & friendly staff :-)

Great service from the Caribou team today. My big group order for canteens of coffee was ready to go when I arrived, and a friendly team member even helped me carry them to my car!

So I’ve never been a huge caribou fan personally, but since moving to Saint Paul I can’t get enough! Staff is so friendly and nice, and drinks are very consistent. As a person who’s worked in customer service for years I can appreciate the consistency of the employees from day to day. Kenzi always has the best recommendations & Laura is so pleasant!

The staff are always so friendly! They know my order and they are very accommodating! Caribou has suggest sugar free coffee options as well as offering you or almond milk. Excellent, savory coffee.
Customer service was great. Coffee not so.. was very burnt n bitter tasting.
Ordered 2 medium white mochas. After "last call" were told "1 small and 1 medium were rang up" like take it or leave it.
