Quick service and my drink was delish!
Delicious non coffee drinks
Good latte.
Stopped by to get myself and my kids got chocolate before the parade of lights tonight. There were only two girls working and a tone of people waiting ing. These girls were amazing!! They pushed through the rush with grace and nailed it!! Being slammed is never fun or easy and they did a fantastic job. The manager and the girls should be proud.

Love the MN born and bred coffee house! Great selection of everybody's favorite flavor and style with a little trivia to boot and if your right you earn a discount! Rewarding and knowledgeable what more could you ask for!!

I bought a really nice classic coffee mug here! With pretty hearts on, and a really nice round shape. Color aqua on the inside. Good for drinking your favorite tea or coffee!

I understand a big order coming in and you have a line, but your staff needs to learn to multitask with out being flustered. This is the 3rd time I have attempted to come in there and either staff are to busy in conversation or the person running the register is disorganized or just does not know what they are doing..... Ridiculous! You really need to learn what customer service is about when you are up charging for your brand

Wonderful staff at this location. They made my drink fast and they were super friendly. Both staff members had a smile and seemed to me at least to be enjoying their day.
This seems to be a common theme w caribou. Ordered a dirty chai, emphasized 2 shots, order repeated back to me and I get a plain chai w ZERO espresso. Maddening. Charged me for it as per usual.

Little too expensive and I had forgotten how sweet they make their coffees. Now I remember why I only go there every 2-3 years
Great coffee drinks and they also have kids size drinks like a strawberry and banana smoothie or a hot chocolate cooler that tastes like chocolate milk.
