Night shift on 12/26/22 at 12:30-12:45am wouldn't fill our propane tank because it was "too cold". Yes it's 6° outside but we've gotten it filled by other staff when it's been well below zero and late at night. Staff had an attitude to start with when I asked to have it filled. Had to drive 15 miles to rush city to have that holiday fill out for us. WITH NO PROBLEM THEY DID IT!!! Pine City just wanted to be lazy. Not impressed. Continued on his phone when I left.

This was our fav place to go but not anymore there is a lady who is working the 2nd shift. Who is the most rude and nasty old hag I've ever seen. She was very rude and abrasive in front of other customers that we will never go there again. They need to fire her she has the worst customer service I've ever seen.
Will not fill propane due to inconvenience and lack of training. Poor management. I live in the area and have to drive to North Branch to get good service.
I went here to pee, wasn't all that special. The bathrooms weren't too bad.
Went to get some Red Bull the sign said buy 2 get one free for 12 oz . Got to the till it rang up differently told her what the sign said she told me I was wrong. So I went back to look and I was right another store person came up took the signs down. Think he might of been a leader but not for sure. Ask him if he would honor what it said he said no . So I put them back and walked out ! Will not be back.

Staff was very nice.
Absolutely horrible store. Parking lot wasn't plowed sidewalks where not shoveled. And they wouldn't fill my propane because they said it was policy because of the snow.
In the past few months all the new hires ive met have been very rude. I worked at a gas station for a year and a half so I understand what they go through but i never pretty much threw their money at customers and i always talked to them and told them the total. Im never coming back here since the last few times ive been treated so poorly for no reason.
Drove 10 miles to get propane because I needed it. 2 young ladies working tell me they can’t do a refill because they weren’t trained. Said they could do an exchange but not for the same price. So I wasted my time and gas. I have no choice but to go there but this is plain stupidity.
Wrongful terminating. Never called never missed work. Covered bunch of shifts. But yup

Went there for Gatorade after leaving the hospital, they shorted us 10$ and when I told them they pretty much told me that I was wrong. I’m a pregnant mother. While 10$ isn’t a lot of money the way he treated me was awful. The girl didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She messed it all up trying to make change for us. I use to work at a gas station, it’s not that hard of a job. The service I received doesn’t even deserve one star. This sick pregnant mama is very unhappy.
Horrible. The guy at cash register today 9/2/17 at 1:45 pm was rude. He was nice to the person before me and after me but not me. I did nothing to him. I had 3 large water bottles and he didn't ask me if I needed a bag like the person before me. He shouldn't be allowed in customer service.
Only one employee seemed to be having a good day. Bunch of grumps.
Employees are friendly and very helpful, the store is well kept as well
I encountered the rudest employee his name is Cory, simply because I wished more tomatoes be put out on the fixing bar,he refused to put more out.He then proceeded to tell me to go to Super America,I am in customer service, I would not be rude to him,I simply left my food and soda on the counter and told him to have a good night.This location lost a customer, and a story that will be told many times, are there just no common courtesies anymore?
