I've been here to hang out with some friends. It would be better if the chandeliers were raised up since I'm six foot even, that can be a problem getting up to bump my head on the lamp.

I love Caribou. The atmosphere here was exactly what I'd expect. I tried something new and it was nasty. I've never had that experience before. Not sure if it was the drink or me. I talked to a barista about it and I came across as a burden. They gave me a brewed coffee instead, which was good. Doesn't take much to make people feel valued. So, coffee is what you'd expect. Atmosphere is fantastic. The current customer service is a little lacking. Easy to improve, so I'm willing to give it another shot and change my review.

This location is very pleasant! This is one of the only 3 locations I'll attend in the Oakdale-Maplewood-Woodbury area, because it has a nice drive thru and in-house setup, and their baristas are also personable. While Caribou products aren't my favorite, it has a nostalgic itch that is well-attended here. Overall, reccomended!
So I have gone here for years and now they are trying to change how my drink I rang in. Have talk to corporate many times and they have said it is fine to ring in my drink the way I do but the staff and new manager refuse to do it. So will be contacting coprate again. They are always cool. Thanks again oakdale for no coffee for working a 16 hour shift. Mind you I drink 2 a day and spend 20 a day there. Not anymore finding a new store.

This is my go-to location and yet one of the most frustrating locations. I think they are short staffed, but they are rude to me about it like it’s my fault. I typically order online and pick up, but there’s been several instances where what I ordered is no longer available and when I get there to pick up I’m ignored and then treated like I did something wrong on purpose. I’m not sure…I’ve had several strange/rude interactions with employees there. It’s a semi-convenient location but ugh they could use some fine tuning.

Wanted fa la latte they were out of eggnog, ordered a carmel high rise instead and was given a cooler...when I said something I was rudely told they were the same thing...I just wanted the hot caramel highrise like I've ordered for years...
They seem to be short staffed as the lobby was closed but the drive thru went quickly & staff was friendly!
Love that this location is open more later then normal ones, wish more caribou's where open laterrr! Customer service was great as well 👍.
Didn't go inside cause the drive thru is so nice. But the hot white mocha is delicious. So good I had it two days in a row. UT does get a bit busy around 8 am so plan accordingly
Did not put raspberry or white chocolate chips on my berry white mocha. Ham and Swiss sandwich bottom plastered to wrapper and basically inedible (hard and soggy at the same time). Called to voice concerns and get refund. Did not feel taken seriously. Manager Gili (Jeelee) seemed to care less. Said my name is in the book for it to be remade. Doesn’t help that I now am hungry and have terrible tasting coffee this morning. The reason for this review is because of the manager’s behavior during my call.
Love the smaller store with a fire place... nice spot to do some reading...
