My wife ordered 3 shots on ice. Instead she was given an American. She was just going to take it, but I was about to get on a flight with her and without her coffee that seemed like a bad idea. The women tried to tell her since ice melts it is the same.then she was going to just add ice to it.i told her to make her what she ordered. She said she would but we would have to wait a "hot minute" in the end it was not even close to 3 shots and there was no half and half available. Terrible service.
I have never had a worse coffee in my life than I did today! I got a caramel high rise which I always get and it tasted like straight coffee! I get this daily from Clearwater and I have never had one taste so bad! I have heard complaints about Monticello but never had anything like this happen to me. Not happy I wasted that money today!
Coffee is always great and baristas are friendly! I wish there were more tables with outlets and places to work. This is more a gather space then a work space.

Never really go to this one feel like the drinks taste nothing like the other one. Very much taste like water and little coffee or sometimes just milk and flavor.
I usually go through the drive-thru Monday-Friday. Every morning, I'm welcomed with a happy person! The week-day crew is fabulous! Went threw today (Saturday) and the women taking our order wasn't the usual cheerful person I encounter here. Went up to receive my order and pay, she wasn't as pleasant and didn't seem to deliver the usual customer service I'm use to at this location.

The customer service needs some work, I am sorry to have to say. Four out of five times I get the feeling that I am an “unwanted burden” as a customer. Note: I have experienced this solely going through the drive through, in the evening (I won’t mention which night of the week). Not the way you want to leave a customer feeling… And I do not get this from other places I go very often, or it’s usually a fluke if it does end up being a bad experience. The employees would benefit from some training on the importance-of and how-to be cheerful and thankful to patrons, leaving them glad they came and wanting to come back for more. I generally do not like to give bad reviews (I really don’t!), and I do not mean this in a mean spirit, I mean it genuinely. I hope this is helpful and I wish Caribou, Monticello the best! 🙏🏻

Employees were not very friendly, coffee was standard...nothing special here. Music was loud and obnoxious.
Just wanted a morning dark roast fresh brew. Was not disappointed.
Coffee. Yaaaaa! Only problem i have on a continuous basis: my order is large dark roast, no cream or sugar. Just a coffee. I NEVER get a hot cup. I think they are so busy making fufu drinks that an actual cup of coffee is a foreign concept. Have asked for a pour over, but that's more expensive. Can't i just get a hot cup of coffee?!?! Please?!?!
Caribou is a favorite and we like this quick and easy stop before hitting 94. Always friendly staff, clean place & fast service.
I ordered variety of drinks but it turns out bad taste many times esp the matcha tea cooler. I don’t know what happened to their quality control. When I order to their other shop it turns out perfect!
