Was there wine? I didn’t see wine on the menu. But who needs wine because the coffee is so good. I got a waffle too, and it was delicious. Maybe my favorite waffle in Minneapolis. Sorry, Black Coffee and Waffle. Anyway, I was very impressed with Fireroast Coffee and I look forward to returning soon.

Latte was speedy and tasty, I enjoyed the art and the space while I waited, savory waffle took a little time. I would like to come back and lounge sometime.

Fabulous neighborhood coffee shop. The breakfast sandwich on a croissant is to die for. Best small latte in the city, for my money. ❤️

When folks know what they are doing and they care about what they do…. you get coffee shops like Fireroast. Tasty classic coffees in a pleasant coffeeshop and a relaxing place to hang out at. Parking is on the street, good merch, pet friendly, comfy seating, and well-crafted coffees. A quintessential neighborhood corner coffee shop. Five+ stars.

Cozy little coffee shop with quality coffee. Not huge but they utilize their space well. Stools for working and a few booths/larger tables for small groups. Food service can be slow.

Super cozy, good food and drinks. Has a small back room area that's a little quieter that was good for studying. This probably will be my default café from now on

A little disappointed- I love this place and have been coming here for years, but the barista was very rude to my partner and younger sibling when I brought them earlier this week. Rolling his eyes at us, sarcastically listing off ingredients in a super drawn out, sardonic tone when we asked about some items on the menu, forgetting an order for upwards of 20 minutes and then hardly acknowledging us when I came up to ask about the order... it was like we were inconveniencing him just by being in the store. Having worked in food service, I've seen annoying customers, and I don't think we did anything to fall under that category, we were polite and placed a very reasonable order considering the staffing. The atmosphere is cozy, and I would like to come back and bring more friends here in the future... this has just made me a bit more hesitant :(

Adorable coffee place...the cheese quesadilla was delicious and huge-came with sour cream and salsa. The barista that helped us was so kind and friendly.

The baristas were so nice and the neighborhood coffee shop vibes were great. It’s tucked away enough to feel very local and has a lot of street parking. The chai tea was made in house and was delicious. Not a lot of seating and it was packed during the afternoon on a Saturday but it was still possible to find a table. Very bright and would be the perfect spot to work from.

One of my favorite shops in the Twin Cities. Locally owned, high quality food and drinks, and the owner is often in the shop working. Highly recommended!

Very small, but they have good soup and coffee and baked items. They also have gluten free things. If you are in the neighborhood, stop in!

Super cozy space. Love the natural wood table tops. The maple-cardamon latte was soooo good! Steel cut oatmeal is a winner!
