Did not have a very good Latte experience. Way too hot and even requested whole milk, but foam vanished after just a few minutes. You’re supposed to microfoam to 140F not boil the mixture w steam wand until the milk proteins form a sticky coagulated protein layer over the top… I can get similar results with a microwave. I’ll give a second star for an OK breakfast sandwich…

Almost 100% of the time I go here, my drink is made wrong, the staff is rude, and the team gets annoyed with the customers. I had a great experience with a young girl and the manager here, but usually, it is two young boys working there. When I went, one of them sat behind the counter on his phone for five minutes before he realized I was at the counter. Another time both the boys were working and were talking about me, saying how they hate when customers like come in and order drinks like this because it's annoying. Mind you; I was standing right by them when they said this. The staff is very professional.

Bad experience w/ this location. Dirty, out of napkins, and straws. When asking for a straw for my beverage I was denied one. Insane customer service. Shut down this caribou and open something that benefits the community. Will not return.

I’m just so confused! Caribou used to have so many options for vegetarians, impossible sandwiches, egg bites, etc. They now have one egg bite option and it’s bacon. Egg bites, are not a sandwich. May seem obvious but I’ll wrap around later. I asked if they still had other options and the person working said “Yes we have spinach!” Well, by golly I’m in luck!! I said “Oh it’s just not on the menu?” and she said, “No, it’s right next to the bacon egg bites!” The spinach thing listed next to the egg bites is, unfortunately, a sandwich. I again explained I wanted egg bites but don’t eat bacon. I asked what happened to the other ones they used to have and she said they’ve been discontinued. I then asked if they had the Impossible sandwich anymore, as that’s what I used to get, and a different worker behind the counter popped in to tell me the egg/tomato flatbread they have is fully plant based. Amazing! But sadly still not the question I asked! I settled on the flatbread option since it’s literally the only non-meat breakfast option now. The person behind the counter that helped initially (pointed out the sandwich when I asked about an egg bite) actually stared at me the whole time I ate. I kept looking up to find my admirer not breaking eye contact. If you want my number just say that! The sandwich was sadly sloppy and oily, and tomato and pesto oils were dripping all down my arm. I had to go have a goblin-style rinse in the bathroom sink. Should maybe come on a plate with a fork instead of in a bag? Vegans, though I’m not one, are (frightfully!) on the rise and Caribou decides it’s the time to eliminate all but one of their meat-free options? And kept the slipperiest and mushiest (moist? can I say moist?) one on the menu!? An additional note : Maybe I haven’t been fully inside a Caribou in too long - but we sat down to eat and then booth was fully shredded apart. Like, spaces of open, dirty foam the size of my rear end along the whole benches. Sadly not too comfortabl

SO MANY SNACKS! No drive thru so you have to walk in and this have a deceptive amount of seating with an awkward layout. So you CAN. Sit and work or have a king table meeting. Usually understaffed so he kind and patient.

Awful Experience. Staff member (older/middle aged guy) was unnecessarily passive aggressive and incredibly rude.

Great local caribou coffee store. Nice atmosphere with very friendly people, good food, and coffee. Would have been 5 stars but the forgot my drink and a knife to spread the cream cheese on our bagels.

I haven't had a bad experience at this location. Clean (including bathrooms), inviting, employees were friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciate the outdoor seating. I've worked in two different Caribou stores, so I'm picky but this one is great!

The coffee is usally good here. It comes out quick most times. There are issues, though. Service is inconsistent. When the service is bad, its baaaaad. Like, makes you not want to come back bad. You either end up having to wait 20 min for coffee or theres absolutely no care to your order and it somes out disgusting. Dont get food here. breakfast sandwich came out squished with no bottom bun, looking like someone ate some before they gave it to me.

If my drink is made wrong and I have to turn around to get the right drink, the girls that are working don’t need to get an attitude with me because they made the wrong drink. After standing there In front of the girl, she was standing there dumbfounded, the shift lead came and and instantly said “ok, make it again.” No need to get an attitude with me.
