very slow and always out of sandwich’s. gave them many chances and it never changes
Not only was our 5 gallon coffee order forgotten about the morning of our party, the staff gave me a price of almost 50% less of what I actually paid. I ordered this well in advance and it was forgotten about. Would have gone elsewhere if correct prices were given to me. Very frustrating!
Solid Caribou.
I frequently stop by this location, both mobile ordering and drive thru. They always make my order correctly and usually have it ready when I arrive when ordering ahead. I always bypass the Forest Lake location and go to this one because the accuracy and consistency is so much better at this location.
I have given many positive reviews for multiple Caribou locations in multiple states but this location continues to disappoint. All other locations, seriously, all other Caribou locations that I have ordered from tell me about any perks I have on my account when I give my perks number. From the $0.10 daily trivia, free size upgrades, to free drinks earned so I assume that is "Normal". This location never does so I always need to ask "Do I have any perks?" Even with that happening, several times I either do not get the discount/reward and other times I realize later they must not have entered my perks info so those visits/purchases never got captured. I do not understand what this group is doing, clearly they don't either - So frustrating.

I think the location is great. I was working in the area and it was a perfect place for me to sit and do some work at the end of the day. The atmosphere is great, very relaxing and pretty. Coffee was sweeter than some other locations I have been to. My only complaint was that the two "gossip girls" working were very loud and talked to each other constantly, even swearing as they complained about you name it. I get wanting to have fun while working but no reason to yell when you are a foot away from each other. I would suggest patrons that want to complete work, homework, read, etc have airbuds in. Otherwise, it was a nice experience and I would try coming again.
There were some hiccups when they first opened but now this is my favorite location. I usually customize my coffee a bit and it's very rare that any customizations get missed, and the taste is consistently good.
My hot chocolate didn't even taste like hot chocolate it was just milk. I had to pour my own mix in there and it still didn't taste good. One star

Ordered basic coffee. Nice staff, friendly.
Workers create their own dysfunction and poor service. Twice I was there and ordered a XL Eggnog Latte Extra Hot an $8 drink. Order takers did not tell me what my perks were, I had to ask. Both drinks on two days were Not extra hot and neither came with sprinkled nutmeg, I had to ask for it. Staff has some dislike for providing attentive customer service and lacks in providing a quality product. I'll stick to "other" Caribou locations that do offer excellent service and quality.

The new location is very conveniently located on hwy 97 and 35. A great location for a quick drive thru pit stop and pick up a hot coffee or specialty drink you need on your way to or from work!
Every time I order the iced crafted press, I get ice with a little crafted press sprinkled on top. This time I asked for less ice. Still got way too much ice so I asked them to top it off before drinking it and they said they'd have to make me a new one because I grabbed it from them. I felt bad so I scooped the ice out myself and as I'm leaving I was so annoyed that I drove back and asked for a new one. I got this one with less ice like I wanted but filled up 3/4 of the way. If the amount of actual drink is a set amount (as in so many ounces), please let me know and I'll edit this to 3 stars instead of 1. When I returned, they told me I had to throw the first one in the garbage myself because I I had touched it. Pretty silly. Might want to teach common sense. Not off to a great start Hugo Bou. Update: stopped by last sun am and ordered the same through the drive through and they made it perfect. Thanks!

Wonderful location! Literally the cleanest and most modern Caribou we've visited! Spacious, inviting and aestethically pleasing to the eye. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and patient. The manager is out of this world amazing, friendly, and caring to all patrons. The experience alone is worth it! The drinks are the best you can get. I like my Matcha, and this location helped me find the "sweet spot" for the perfect Matcha for me. Please visit and support these lovely folks!
Not open at 5:30am on Saturdays like Google and signage states. Not great.
