The few times I’ve been here the employees have been friendly and efficient
The drinks are always good, the workers friendly. I love being able to order ahead on their app, my drink was ready when I pulled up to the window and I prepaid, and back on the road in just a few minutes.
You can always find something good to eat and drink at Bou

I used the mobile application to order ahead. I ordered when I was just a few miles away from the location. My order was ready to go when I walked into the store which helped me to stay on time for my early morning appointments that were located downtown. I am not from the area. The staff was very friendly as I walked in, they greeted me and said goodbye even though I didn't order directly with them. It was a different experience than the one I had the week previously when I used the drive through.
Love my peeps at this Caribou! They are quite honestly the best crew I've seen at a Caribou. I ordered my usual, an XL Turtle Mocha cooler with a full rack and 3 mooses. (A moose is a shot of espresso.) And got my wife her usual as well. The same thing minus the mooses. I also love to have it blended twice, so I don't end up with the extra large ice chunks. They just do an AMAZING job. Thanks Dave, Super Hales, perry and crew!

Over 5 bucks for a half full coffee. I wonder if the employee making the drink and the one that served it thought..."she'll never know...no ones gonna know." Come on Caribou, you can do better than this.
Messed up my whole order. Wrong kind of drink and wrong cake pop. Waited five minutes at the window just to pay
I had ordered a matcha cooler and almost everyone that had ordered after me got their drink before mine. I work at a caribou and it’s sad to see that actually be a thing. Whoever ordered first gets their order first.
Clean...friendly...and rubber duckies! If you have kids this is absolutely the Caribou to stop at. No bored kids in line here. 20+ duckies to find around the store. My kids still cannot find them all and have fun looking every time! Highly recommend.

Love this team! I only visit once a week or so,but the team knows me and greets me everytime. Drinks have never been wrong, and they are always fast. Super friendly and great location. Update - still a great place to grab coffee.
