Always love my coffee from here. Disappointed sometimes as they run out of plain bagels often. The one thing I will say about this location is the drive thru pavement and location is terrible. You can never get close enough to window due to the hard turns.
Staff are exceptional! They were incredibly short staffed this morning but they did a great job and were very polite!
maybe tea isnt a big seller like their coffee but the staff should be trained in how to make it none the less. after a team huddle and group effort i got a rather strange concoction. would avoid ordering tea at this location.
Wanted to purchase gift cards and get a coffee.... looked at an ignored until finally Gavin came to help me with purchase...he was friendly and struggled with one card not applying amount...No coffee available...no coffee ready....in a coffee shop... requested a credit be applied to my card...he went to get manager. ..on phone...he wasn't trained for that to happen... already left cash tip and paid for a coffee I no longer had time to wait for.... very disappointed 😞

The workers seemed very disinterested in having our business. They weren't outright rude, but they weren't friendly either. I had to ask them if I had rewards available and it seemed to be a bother for the barista to check.
Slowest Caribou I have been to in my life. It's painful to wait so long. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the staff is always friendly. But they seriously need to work on speed.
Though seemingly well- staffed, it took 25 minutes from the point of ordering to get 2 drinks. To be fair, it seemed as though at least one staff member was new, maybe even first day. When I got to work, I was disappointed to find that my spiced Chai latte had *no* spice. I don't often splurge on a coffee shop, this was quite discouraging.

Never been here so I couldn't find the entrance to the drive thru, but the service and coffee were great 👍

I'd go 5 stars if my great service and product had come with a smile. I ordered online about 5 minutes away for 3 drinks. FYI, I know from experience to select walk in instead of drive thru at this location to expedite my order. I pulled in, walked in and my drinks were in the process of being placed in the designated pick up spot for pre-orders. Perfect! However, I did have to ask for a carrier (which I wish would have simply been done as I had 3 drinks to pick up), but I did quickly get one when I asked. It was this person I wish would have looked more cheerful during our brief interaction. Coffee is such a highlight for many that having the entire atmosphere be uplifting is pretty important. Overall, though, this location is pretty good except the drive thru is a little wonky if you ask me. If you commit to do it you are stuck in it with no exit. If service is taking a while this can add quite a bit of time to get your order, and if your drink is sitting there already made, that's not so good. Caribou has some great Monday deals which is what I did through the app. $1 small crafted press. Highly recommend the honey oatmilk crafted press which is pretty low cal and not so much milk. And I recommend getting the app even if you only use it once in a while.

Clean, indoor and outdoor seating. Drive-through is usually very busy. Bakery is usually cleaned out mid-day. Employees are nice but act a little burnt out.
Cozy atmosphere like all Caribous. Friendly staff. Free parking out front.

This is 100% my favorite caribou to get my coffee at! You are always greated with big smiles and great energy. My drink is always perfect and I leave with a smile on my face from great employees!
