Customer is always right. Learn how to do your job
This is my go-to convenience store in town. I used to live nearby and they have great variety. good hot items, the best coffee, and super deals. Their loyalty programs are great, be sure you get their app too. And the staff brings in that 5th star by always being friendly and helpful.
Man this place has gone downhill. Being short staffed is understandable, but if you post signs stating "closing at 11pm and opening at 5am", maybe your opener should be there before 5:05am?? It takes time to open up the store and get the register ready, don't advertise open at 5am if your employees aren't going to show up before that time. Change your posted hours or get it together, please.
For the past 3 weeks the hot beverage machines have not worked properly. Either empty or out of order.
Good store. I managed a Holiday Store when people worked hard together. It is not easy, but, this store does a pretty good job!
I love the donuts and the selection of drinks. And they even have greendot reload cards.
The Manager Of the Store Is RUDE! Never in my Life been treated that Way. Fights With Her Employees and Customers. No Wonder They Lost so Many Good Employees. Store Turn Down Hill. Used To BE a Great Place.....
Oh man is everything in this community on death row or what, the attitudes toward customers, the laziness of employees, this is unexceptable. Empty coolers, non stocked shelves, no quick food items, and the floors looked like someone just wet mopped the floor with muddy water gross.
Excellent customer service, come and go aptitude, fresh food, basic convenience necessity items. Great place to get gas fill your tires and have a good hello goodbye conversation with an acquaintance! Smile. God loves you.
I don't agree with someone judging people because they have had it harder and may not be able to get some were to get in the shower or even be able to get help! That doesn't change the store because they serve everyone like they should! And I'm glad they don't discriminate against people that don't have it as well as others especially with Covid and All. I think they are very good there. And yes night Guy might be creepy but he's nice.
Hi! I'm currently at your Holiday Station store on Union Ave in Fergus Falls MN and your associate "Kayla" was the absolute worst experience I've ever encountered at your otherwise pleasant stations. The two waters i was trying to purchase were "2 for $5" & I pointed it out and she said she can't change it and when I walked back with her to show her she says loudly "well i'm still not going to change it" and took the rest of the waters in that column and threw them somewhere else completely random with no prices. She claimed she was a manager and wouldn't let me speak to anyone else (kept saying she does what her managers say and "store policy" and was too busy to help or change anything because she was helping other customers.) There were two gentlemen getting coffee and nobody else behind me. I have worked in customer service and this field before and pointed out that it was mis labeled and they typically have to change that it being their fault. She then claims "how rude" as I pay for the waters and leave. She should not be allowed to work with the public at all and instead learn how to properly stock and price inventory before she can be behind a register.

honestly very horrible so many disgusting people walked in with my family many crackheads there and nasty people. didn’t feel comfortable at all. was watched walking out hated it won’t be coming back or recommending this store to anyone!
The overnight guy is creepy morning,afternoon, evening staff aren't bad though some of the employees can be a little unprofessional when it comes to their language and work ethic Must be a recent management change because the quality of customer service has gone down and appearance of the store used to be very clean and stocked but, now it's usually messy with both shelves and coolers not stocked
Cute building. Unique from most other locations. Being on a road trip and having been to 5 locations in the last 3 days it’s cool to see some uniqueness.
