I am lucky enough to have Perks within walking distance of my home. My Fiance is addicted to the coffee and I like the italian soda and have started trying their sandwiches, which are wonderful. But even as tasty as everything is, It can't beat the staff who go above and beyond every time.
The ladies are always very friendly! My puppy get a cookie and my daughter enjoys the Boba tea

I enjoyed my bursting boba tea but others in my group didn't enjoy their coffee so much. The other location is better. Also, service was quite slow. Good product, but could be improved.
Best coffee shop around. Definitely try the Sunset Lemonade or the Cattail latte.

OK for me being a coffee guru, this was not what I expected. If I wanted to drink a cup of dirt, flavored with a hint of chocolate. I would have ran it thru the coffee maker at home for comparison. Otherwise the customer service was excellent, and the cleanliness was superb.

Every single time we've gone, the staff has been so amazing! Food is good but their customer service is even better. Love the turkey bacon ranch croissant and the citrus berry hot tea with steamed lemonade and honey. Better than Starbucks for sure. Also, they were very sweet and attentive to my 7 year old daughter when she didn't know what she wanted at first.
