Every time I come here they make my drink different. Also my friend brought a water bottle in with them and the employee made them leave. Oh and they charge a two dollar extra surcharge for items made with eggs because they claim that eggs have gone up in price. LOL

Arguably the best atmosphere of Fairmont MN. A well-designed coffee shop for a small midwest town. Coffee is fairly standard, some of the sandwich options and certainly the bakery offerings are surprisingly tasty. Not the fastest service, but courteous, clean, and consistent. A must try as a local as well as a great stop if just stopping through. The lunch options stop being served at 2pm though, so if you’re planning on a whole meal make sure to stay ahead of that.
18 dollars for a cold cut that looks like a 5 year old made it with some Campbell's chicken noodle soup. Ordered my sandwich at the same time as my coworker and 15 minutes after he got his I'm still waiting. Brother this isn't a business, it's a high school project tjat should be abandoned.
Awesome breakfast sandwiches and my iced americano was on point! Friendly staff. Awesome clean environment with lots of natural light. Great place to study or meet with others. So nice to have an option like this in Martin County. Interesting branding choice… hip-hop meets midwestern farmhouse? Oh well, go here.

We arrived about 2:45 on a Saturday afternoon, checked out the daily specials board and started looking at the menu. We told the guy behind the counter this was our first time so we'd need a few minutes to decide. A young lady came in from the kitchen area and said we close the kitchen at 2pm. This place has good reviews but no one mentioned closing the kitchen early.
If your door is going to be locked for a party you could be so kind to put a sign up. I waited for my son meet me here only to walk up to the door and it be locked. It's unprofessional and I won't be coming back here again. LEAVE A SIGN ON THE DOOR IF YOUR CLOSING TO THE PUBLIC!!
The ciabatta buns were really soft and nicely oversized which made for a very satisfying breakfast sandwich experience. I didn't know I really wanted raspberry spread on my BE&C till this place. Now I know. I want that. It's delicious. The americano I got? Also quite tastey, made from a good medium roast bean that doesn't hit me as overly acidic. The pistachio muffin was also very fluffy, vibrantly green, and well flavored.
Could the employees be any more rude?
Funky tables, chairs. Great fireplace. Good drinks and sandwiches.
I had a snapping turtle mocha per recommendation of the barista, it was really good! Atmosphere was quiet to read or work on your laptop. The dining area, restroom and parking lot were kept clean during all my visits.

I'm new in the area and chose this place based off Google reviews. Went on a date with my wife. It felt like we were in a city in a nice Cafe. It's beautifully decorated. The food is quite good. I think everything is expensive but I assume it was about what you'd expect. The service was great. It was a pleasant surprise. I'll be there again.

First time coming here, it took a long time to order even with no one in line. They seemed staffed enough but things were slow. Coffee is strong though!
Service was good, food was good, but cold.
Coffee great. Omelettes dry and not salted. No salt and pepper on tables, no real milk or half and half for customers dining in. Slow service.
