Great Caribou location. Not over packed. Plenty of outdoor seating! Which is perfect for the warm weather thats coming soon this Spring. This location has a community board with various business cards and local vendors which is awesome! Love that. Employees are fast and friendly. Location is clean. Edina Dog park is also less than a mile away. Starting my morning with a Iced Coffee and a few laps in the Edina Dog park is the highlight of my weekdays.
Stopped in for a vanilla latte on my way to work. It was made with sugar free vanilla which leaves a nasty aftertaste. I’ve tried to call there all morning and no one answers the phone.
At a coffee shop we say good morning and thank you. Nina does not feel the obligation to do so. People who don’t like people are not a good fit for a coffee shop.
3-8-2022 Another wonderful cup of coffee. I always order a large decaf Americano. Always hot and very tasty. But one thing puzzles me. Why can I not buy a regular coffee, with no caffeine? All the major gas stations sell some sort of decaf coffee. But not Caribou. I wonder why?

My ex-wife had invited me for dinner along with our 2 kids. It was a great time. The wait was a bit long but overall I thought the service and food were great. Would I return? The answer to that question would be yes.
Rude, dismissive, disorganized. Drive the extra few miles to one of the Eden Prairie locations for better customer service.
Convenient location just off the freeway. Plenty of seating both indoors and out, but unfortunately the patio is in full sun surrounded by asphalt. As of June 2021 they are still, as a pandemic precaution, refusing to fill travel mugs.
Just got a coffee from here and I can tell they let their shots sit for too long or tossed an old shot in my coffee. Don't do this thinking customers can't tell the difference... because I definitely can. Sad...
