I’ve never had anything bad to say about this caribou until today! They’re usually very friendly and always make my coffee the right way, but today I got 3 mochas (2 turtles and one regular) when she proceeds to hand them to me I had to ask her for a drink carrier - I was a little disappointed she didn’t think to offer one first since it was 3 drinks and I was alone meaning how was I going to carry all 3 while driving well then when she gives my drink carrier with the mochas I ask if she could at least point out which is which since I was dropping them off for my co workers and her answer was “ um I don’t know you’re going to have to take off the lid and check”.

Such good coffee! In any shop u go in they are all very nice employees. We're gonna miss this place when we go home. We have already started stocking up coffee to take home

Be sure to pay attention to your receipt. I purchased some gift cards recently and was shocked later to discover that they added a tip to my purchase. I didn't authorize it. Nobody made me a drink or helped me in any way.
Friendly service, good coffee and a nice breakfast sandwich. Didn't call out the name/order loud enough for this old guy to hear it was up : - )
They are reallly nice at this location! Drinks are the same at any caribou location, but the staff here was excellent
This is a nice coffee shop, very pleasant atmosphere. Noticed lots of people visiting over coffee in a great atmosphere. It is a nice location to meet friends because if it's location. Easy in an out

Caribou team, why is your lobby closed at 3:00? I just need a place to sit down and drink a coffee and get some work done in the cafe for an hour. I don't need additional service from the staff or anything else so I'm not sure why the lobby is closed. I can't give any other review because I wasn't able to go in. I wish there was a way you could communicate this online before I walked to your store.

Another coffee shop doing drive thru only. Many traveling for business still look for a coffee shop to sit down, have coffee and do some work till our next meeting.
I'm not sure what's going on, but they struggled to open the doors lately, I use to sit inside and complete my tasks because this is a very quiet place. I missed enjoying my fresh coffee too while I finish my paperwork📝
This has been my go-to Caribou for years, but we had such a lousy experience this last time that I won't be back. We stood for a while at the counter before being greeted, and when we were the employee acted like she had lots of better things to do. When placing our order we asked for an item that was in the cooler, and were told that was only for display and couldn't be purchased; when I suggested that there shouldn't be anything in the cooler that can't be sold, the girl taking our order rolled her eyes at me. She also did not offer a receipt. Our drinks were made quickly and accurately, but again, because of the very poor customer service I will no longer be giving this location my money.
I didn't know what I wanted (nothing on the menu was quite what I had in mind), but had some idea of flavor/type. The barista came up with an idea that sounded good to me, and it was just what I was looking for.
My favorite Caribou to go to ever! Every barista I’ve encountered has been so kind and genuine. Best service and I always know I can get my drink quickly!
